    Hotel misrepresents its rooms and beds…

    Not a great hotel. This misrepresent the beds and rooms. A corner king, is not really a nice room and it’s not a king size bed, just two twins shoved together with a very thin mattress topper. Find somewhere else to stay.

    A short tram ride from Hiroshima station, this is a very nice hotel centrally situated in the town with access to all the places you'd wish to go. The hotel is fabulous and has all you could require. Staff are excellent and extremely efficent. Trams are directly opposite the hotel & lead to Miyajima & the Atomic peace park is with short walking distance, as are the Shukkeien Gardens (well worth a visit).

    Very small compared to hotels in Osaka Room tiny, bathroom was like a small hole. Didn’t like it at allStaff spoke very little English, was difficult to sort out details for luggage transportation. Tried to use a translator app. Staff were helpful and wanted to try helping as much as possible but communication was a barrier This hotel needs a huge upgrade

    Worst “hotel” ever visited

    We travelled as a family. 2 adults and a child of 2 years old. We chose this place because of the great location and good reviews.At first sight, when we got to the lobby, we were met by friendly staff members and a great view of the city. From there, it went downhill…The room itself was so small it was claustrophobic and had the weirdest shape I have ever seen. It was like half a bordered square meaning it was mainly two corridors and two beds crammed in a small space. In the middle was the smallest bathroom.The room smell was nasty with no option to open a window, meaning that mildew was forming on the window and litteral water around the frame in the morning - whiched stayed all day. The AC didn’t help at all. An empty water bottle was on the floor, and none of the surfaces (except the glass table) had been cleaned or dusted off for a very long time. The bathroom ventilation didn’t do anything either. There was clear and visible black mould around the bathtub, so the tiny space smelled awful.When requested to clean the room, trash was not taken out and damp towels was not replaced nor was the USED coffee mugs - they just put new ones inside. What?Lastly, when politely requested to send luggage to another hotel, the employee rolled her eyes multiple times. I was so shocked that I actually smiled and laughed a bit when looking away. No smiling from her side, just pure inconvenience for her to do a service THEY PROVIDE. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

    Great hotel, comfortable and excellent helpful staff who helped us with booking a great fish restaurant , and great location for getting around Hiroshima sights. Within easy walking distance of Hiroshima Castle which was a great sight to see
