    While the hotel stay was perfectly fine it is the follow up I am annoyed about.My Mum purchased some pottery and left it in the room on departure - I have contacted the hotel 4 times since to check the whereabouts of the pottery and have not once had follow up.     First off, this review is for the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Hiroshima-ekimae. There are two Daiwa Roynet Hotels in Hiroshima. We loved our stay at the Daiwa. This is the second Daiwa Roynet hotel we have stayed in, the first being in Tokyo, and we had a very good experience in both. The hotel is located a 3-minute walk from the dynamic Hiroshima Train Station. Great location, as there are a multitude of restaurants available in the station. Not to mention making it easy to get a train, the tram, or a bus. The room is a good size, having two chairs to relax in, plus the comfortable beds. The bathroom is first class, heated toilet seat and all.     We stayed at this hotel as part of a package holiday. It’s a 15 minute tram ride from the train station but very straightforward to get there. Great location - walkable to the peace park, Hondori street and the tram stop is outside. Good size room compared to Tokyo - lots of toiletries for free- get from the reception. Great staff.
