    The front desk staff were professional, prompt and efficient. They had all beverages served after breakfast till late at night which was nice. I loved their breakfast buffet. Lots of choices and food to eat. I don't know why their coffee was excellent. It seemed like they had flavored creamer or coffee or both but they were an amazing mix. Rooms were a bit small, clean, and we were central to what we needed in our stay in Kyoto.     Room is smaller than the other place we stayed in Kyoto but we were out most of the time and was only there to sleep. Hotel has all required amenities such as laundry and breakfast / dinner restaurant. The one thing that excelled for me here are the staff. Very polite, courteous and helpful. Our flight was delayed by a day and they kept our reservation and was very fast in communicating with us whenever I have questions. Would recommend. Location is superb.     Very clean but small hotel , almost cramped! Not a lot of facilities in hotel but plenty around. Excellent location opposite Kyoto station.     Hotel is great and bright, although toilet is small but it’s still acceptable . Very clean.Hotel is nearer to JR than bus terminal, still walkable.But do note that hotel collect accommodation tax tho.Overall good experience in this hotel.
