    A great hotel for short stay in Kyoto !

    A great hotel with total clean feeling . Rooms are tiny but excellent bed and bathroom ! You will be surprised to know how much you can enjoy in such a tiny room. I had taken the cheapest option. Location is fine and you will find everything around . This place is walkable distance from JR station . However , if you are Carrying small luggage that is good for rolling around to reach hotel . Unfortunately no restaurant in this hotel has more than 15 chain in Kyoto and around . You will experience less crowds here even though this hotel has 88 guest rooms ! I was told that this transition time for brand changing and hopefully it will be taken by a better group .

    Good hotel South of Kyoto Station

    Hotel was chosen for its location close to Kyoto Station, especially the JR Lines which we would be using. Cost of course was important.Yes, we were more than satisfied with the hotel. Staff were very friendly, spoke perfect english, stored our bags when we arrived early. Washing machine, ice, microwave etc all available on the ground floor. Family Mart down the street. Commercial laundry next to Family Mart if you are desperate.No restaurant, but plenty to choose from as others have reported below. Also, there is Kyoto station - food everywhere.Room was a good size for a small room but we had no complaints. Again, this hotel had a 3 night eco cleaning policy which was fine with us. But they did remove any rubbish and replaced towels and amenities each day while you were out.Very clean, comfortable room with good air-conditioning.Would definitely stay here again.

    Just a short walk from Kyoto Station. Well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds, good lighting, and essential amenities. The hotel staff are polite and professional. The hotel doesn't offer dining facilities but there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

    Had a great stay at this lovely hotel close toKyoto Station! Amenities could be found on the main floor near check in though tea was provided in the room. Bed was comfortable and AC was powerful to cool down after all the walking in the humid weather. It’s really close to a couple laundromats (they have their own laundry but we found less waiting in the independent facilities), and while they don’t have breakfast in house, there’s a fantastic restaurant called Nakau across from the station for really tasty breakfast.

    Great location, and a nice quiet area. Perfect sized room and a great sleep. The room also has a bath. We had some issues with the bath on the first night and the pipes became almost blocked and began to make a loud banging noises for almost an hour. We were instantly changed room once we mentioned it to the front desk. Swapping from a massive corner room to a much smaller one, but it was still nice and the staff were great. Good vending machine and also laundry facilities.
