    Worth if you are on a budget and don't need to stay right in the middle of things

    Great value for a downtown Kyoto hotel. Rooms are clean. Beds are a bit hard. Staff is welcoming. Close to transportation - Hankyu train and busses. Tip - there is a good restaurant around the corner from the hotel that sells waygu cheese burgers for 1250 yen. Meat Bar Dining Ageratam

    Great location and spotlessly clean. We had twin beds and it suited us. The staff were lovely. About a 10 minute walk down the road to all the shops but plenty of restaurants nearby. About a 15 minute walk from Kyoto station but buses run in every direction out the front. Would recommend

    We stayed at The OneFive Hotel Kyoto for 5 nights. The location was great as it was central to everything. There's a 7-11 next door and we chose to walk everywhere (within 25-35 min) to Nishiki Market, Nijo Castle, Kyoto Imperial Palace, Sannenzaka and Ninenzaka streets, etc.) . The rooms were clean and perfectly suited for us.

    Great hotel, close to train/bus stations, close to many amenities, rooms were very clean, staff was amazing, would definitely stay again here or recommend it to friends and family.Many buses stop at the front or across from this hotel, there's a Family Mart on the ground floor/ next to the hotel which was very convenient.

    We stayed here for 2 nights and had a pleasant stay. All the amenities are located in the lobby, which you take to your room. Check out can be done electronically. Conveniently located within a stone's throw away from Karasuma station, Nishiki market, restaurants, bars, convenience stores, supermarkets, and the likes. They have an onsite laundromat and eating space. The rooms were slightly cramped but offered a pleasant stay. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back!Sadly, the restaurant and meal services were suspended so you had to eat out for or buy food at the onsite convenience store. It also would have been better if they had more space to place your items in the rooms.
