    This is a very convenient hotel across from the Matsumoto station. The staff were really friendly and helpful. One can walk to all attractions with ease from this hotel. The amenities were good. The room was clean and even though it was small still very comfortable. Quiet stay. The included breakfast was quite good and well organised. Near many restaurants and cafes. Next door to the bus station. So handy

    This hotel looked a little too old for my liking, but I booked at the last minute and the price was good. The location is where this place shines though, because it's right across the street from Matsumoto station, and also in walking distance to Matsumoto castle.Though the room was a little old, it was clean and the check in service was very easy and friendly.

    Another clean comfortable hotel for our group of 6. We walked from the train station, and also to Matsumoto Castle. Close to shopping and restaurants. Reasonable breakfast, wifi and comfort. Still only the twin beds!

    this hotel is nothing spectacular. It has a great location nearby the Matsumoto station, the facilities are clean and it offers breakfast. However, there is nothing spectacular about the room in itself. It’s rather small and a bit outdated. The breakfast is not the best that I’ve had, and it had little variety to choose from. However, if you need to clean, safe, well located place to stay, this is definitely a good alternative

    The location of the hotel is very good as it is just 2-3 minutes walk from Matsumoto Station. Staffs were very friendly. Check in process was a breeze. Room was clean and comfortable. Saw staff doing a lot of cleaning due to COVID-19 i think. Feel safe. Would consider staying here again.
