    Efficient hotel near train station

    Stayed here two nights for a business meeting nearby. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Walking distance to trains stationExcellent restaurant downstairsFree coffee at the lobby.Rooms are of good size with all the neccessary amenities included

    A low cost offering in an expensive area

    I was having a hard time finding reasonably priced accommodations in late October near Nagano. Ueda offered the perfect option, a short Shinkansen ride away. It was a little hard to find this hotel given a total lack of non Japanese signage, but it offered the amenities I require: decent private bath, refrigerator, and plenty of outlets. Would stay here again.

    The hotel is located close to the Ueda station, and close to various restaurants and convenience stores. Despite its proximity, it is generally quiet. The room is comfortable enough for its price. The reception is not open 24 hours, though.
