Facility

The holiday village has a lift and features 346 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, a transfer service, 24-hour room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. Further amenities include an ironing set and a trouser press. A telephone, a TV and WiFi (for a fee) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer is also provided. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The complex has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The pool complex ensures comfortable swimming with its indoor and outdoor pools and pleasantly heated water. Children can enjoy a special swimming area just for them. A waterslide guarantees plenty of fun for young and old, and the pool bar provides sustenance and refreshing drinks. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis and fishing are available. With water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Sport and leisure facilities at the holiday village include a gym, yoga and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The complex also offers special catering options.

    We returned to Okinawa to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Customer service was excellent even before our trip—our phone inquiries months in advance were handled smoothly and professionally. The location is also very convenient, close to American Village with plenty to do nearby.From the moment we arrived by car, staff were friendly, the lobby was huge and spacious, then we checked in at the executive lounge, we felt truly well cared for as Diamond members. Although we stayed in a standard room with an ocean view and balcony, without an upgrade, the room was spotless, peaceful, and perfectly sized for our stay.We had breakfast at the restaurant on our first morning. It was busy at first, but the express line for elite members helped, and the selection of both local and Western dishes was impressive. On the second morning, we enjoyed a quieter breakfast at the executive lounge.A special thank-you to Minami, Emika, Chami, and Hinata—their warm wishes and exceptional hospitality were a highlight of our trip. Minami, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay special and took the time to truly understand our needs, which created wonderful memories for us. Their level of service far exceeded that of other five-star hotels we’ve stayed at.We would love to return to this resort for future anniversary celebrations!     I’m glad I get to visit during the Meat festival for their buffet which is until November 10 of this year. There’s a great selection of food. I went during dinner over the weekdays. I didn’t made reservation. Staff speaks great English too!     The staff are modern and not overly traditional. Their English communication skills are excellent, and both my husband and I felt their sincerity.The hotel itself is quite large with multiple entrances and exits. There's ample parking space both outdoors and in the adjacent parking building, and it's free of charge. There are two swimming pools—both indoor and outdoor. The hotel also has a coin laundry room located on the same floor as the lobby.The overall vibe around the hotel is great. There’s a Lawson convenience store just a 2-minute walk away, and it’s easy to walk to American Village from the hotel. You can enjoy a night out and come back to rest comfortably. The hotel is also connected to the DoubleTree, so you can walk between the two properties.Overall, I really enjoyed staying here. It’s perfect for a relaxing holiday without any rush. I’ll definitely come back again!     Pricey, but you get what you pay for

    This is one of the nicer Hiltons I've stayed at. Our room accommodated two adults and one teenager. It was a very spacious and clean room. Pool is next door at a partner hotel. It looked like Hilton’s pool was under renovation at the time.The hotel staff was great. They were always very helpful and answered all our questions.There is a great coffee shop across the street and a Lawson’s as well. American Village is a short 2 minute walk away. Great location. Would definitely stay again.     Amazing Customer Service & Ocean Views

    I arrived in Okinawa and checked into the Hilton Chatan without my luggage from the airport due to a mishandled bag along the way. I spent hours on the phone with Delta attempting to track it down only to get no where. Momoko at the front desk assisted me calling ANA to track down my bag at HND for over an hour and a half. This was not her job or responsibility but she helped out anyway and never made me feel as if I was a bother. She helped me navigate the language barrier and even followed up with me to ensure the issue had been remedied even days later. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful, the room is nice with an amazing view of the ocean and pool area. This is my first time traveling to Chatan but given the chance I will be staying here again and highly recommend anyone else looking for a hotel in the Chatan area to check out this amazing hotel.
