  Parking Nightmare

  Parking is a nightmare. It is determined by looking at you. There is a disabled/small children lot that is usually not full and then a huge lot they have deemed "priority parking." When I asked if we could purchase a priority pass, I learned all parking passes are the same, so I asked "how do you determine priority?" to which I was given um... by the passes (they are all the same), then that it was handicap parking (there is a separate lot for this), then by room number (which they are unable to tell by looking at you or your pass.) It seems they just look at you and if you look like you are not from Okinawa, you will be walking down dark narrow dangerous streets to dirt lots as cars whip by with no sidewalks. They should either sell an upgrade for priority of the huge convenient lot or it should not be coned off and be first come first serve (there is enough room for tons of cars there if the cones were removed.)

  Discriminatory. If you are clearly American expect to park in the furthest lot despite open spots closer. Often waved into regular lot, then upon rolling down the window, told to go elsewhere (not talking about the disabled/family lot but any lot but the one way down the street) dangerous walk from further lots as well just to find there are tons of open spots just not for us. Additionally, limited cleaning, told “we won’t clean your room everyday” despite paying for a room like everyone else. Also so much mold in certain floors and in the pool.

  Nice view, great customer service and other services including rental car, shuttle bus between airport and the hotel, rides between its parking lots and the hotel , and 12pm check out time. There was mold on the bathroom wall, moss on pool side wall and roof of pool room looked old with black stains . I heard people talking on the hallway very clearly from a room so I was careful being quiet walking with my kids on the hallway. 
The elevator closes quickly and no motion detect sensor so had to be careful. When my kids got off from the elevator before me, the door closed when I tried to get off. I pressed the “open” button but it didn’t work and took me to another floor level…fortunately, my kids were still waiting for me when I went back to them.
There wasn’t much Okinawan dish in the Buffet except breakfast. Lunch and Dinner were same menus. Driving street by the hotel isn’t easy for beginner drivers….streets are narrow and many blinds spot. Be careful driving around the neighbourhood. However, customers service was outstanding, and it was all good experience with the reasonable price. In addition, it was hard to get taxis in rural areas in Okinawa. It seems they have cut off numbers of taxis since Covid has happened. Staffs by the front door can help for calling taxes if you are riding from hotel.

  Highly recommended hotel in Okinawa. Very clean, great price, calm and quiet location, easy access from the airport by car if you take the expressway (25-min). The rooms spacious and beds very comfortable. Excellent employees. Great for you who want to directly experience local and real life in Okinawa. Don’t choose higher-cost-hotels which just be located right by crowded-noisy-beaches. Either way, you will rent a car so can go to beaches by car. このホテルの1番は清掃が素晴らしいところ。部屋はリノベーションされていて綺麗で、水回りは少し古いものの、清掃が行き届いているので気持ちよく過ごせます。部屋が広くて、ホテルスタッフはとても親切。ビーチサイドではないけど、コストパフォーマンス最高。高いホテル代を払い、空港から渋滞した道を永遠運転して、混んだ騒がしい観光地で泊まるより、地元の人たちのリアルライフに触れられるこの辺りの方が沖縄感満載。空港から高速使って25分。旅行時間を有効に使えます。

  Big rooms and wonderful breakfast

  The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. So this was a big plus. The service was great as well. Everyone had a smile on their face and was attentive. The buffet breakfast was extensive, fresh and delicious. We also swapped our breakfast ticket for lunch a couple of times. All you can eat steak! The room was large and had recently been renovated. The bathroom however was a little dated. The pool was a little on the cold side and we could only stay in for short periods. Location wise, you definitely need a car. There is not much directly around the hotel. There is a huge AEON a short drive away. Will definitely stay again.
