    Went to this particular hotel the first day I arrived in Tokyo back in Sep.2024! APA is an interesting chain of hotels where the rooms are small, but enough for one traveler with great value and a comfortable stay. The budget hotel is a solid recommendation for solo trips!     Okay for a few nights

    The location is good to go around tokyo, and for a single person a single room is okay. The only problems were having only one washing machine (people were queuing up for it!) and only one lift for around 12 floors, so if you in a hurry you end up waiting ages for the lift to come down. The reception staff was nice and explained everything and told me as soon as i checked in that my bag transferred with yamato had arrived.I appreciate all the useful info that where on the Tv when you enter the room, even interesting things about japanese culture.     Won’t be staying here again

    The room was not clean, I tried telling the staff , they sent someone but I noticed nothing was done to the room. There was hair in the shower, bathroom and toilet. The walls by the window were yellow. The rooms were very small. They also only have one washing machine and dryer, so i barely got to wash any clothes due to it being constantly full of people. I had to stand in line for 30 minutes in order to get to wash and even then I had to argue with some other people that left a bag of clothes and claimed it was their turn. Ofc I argued and told them I had been physically standing in line in order to get to wash. Won’t be staying here again.     We usually stay at APA hotels while in Japan. Their hotels are affordable and modern. Rooms are small, but clean and the beds are very comfortable. We find staff to be friendly and helpful. Many locations are close to major train stations.This location is in a quiet area and about a 20 minute walk from Tokyo Station. There are 3 train stations nearby. Also close are several restaurants as well as Lawson, 7 Eleven and Family Mart stores.
