    We needed a one night stay in Tokyo when we arrived from Canada. While the room was smaller than we are used to, it was set up really well. There were many amenities, including free coffee in the morning. The location & service were excellent.

    Requested a low floor die to fear of heights, given 8th floor and wouldn’t move us lower. Told us just to close the curtain. Seriously! Near to 2 stations and walking distance to Akihabara, which was very lively. Easy to get around and very safe. Room was very very small. Large bowl of free sweets at the reception was nice. Free water and tea/coffee at reception.

    We had a very pleasant stay at Best Western Hotel Fino Akihabara. The location is excellent for exploring Tokyo, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, making it a great base for the city.

    Worst ever Best Western experience

    Horrible stay especially for families with kids. Suffocating tiny room with limited ventilation and lightning. Charged breakfast has no option for kids. Coffee and yogurt is the worst we had. We found a Starbucks nearby and paid additional money for breakfast.

    Little space but tidy. A lot of "cultural" differences. So don't expect the staff will kindly respond to your requests.
