Location

    We were so happy to stay in Roppongi for our first three nights in Tokyo. We reserved our room the night before we got in so that we could arrive at 6 AM, clean up from our long trip and then walk everywhere . This is such a nice location for Roppongi Hills, Mori Museum, National Art Center, and Imperial Palace, and exploring this prefecture of high end hotels and shopping. it was perfect for what we wanted and needed. The staff were excellent and very kind with our poor Japanese. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms are adequate size for Tokyo. I would definitely stay here again.

    Room is small but bedding is great.Location is very good. Many restaurants, and museums at walking distance. You an walk to Tokyo tower.

    Stayed for 3 night. Daily cleaning and bed was a queen size. Location is great with roppongi metro station a 3 min walk away. Price was better value than similar hotel styles in the area. But no gym and no public baths and no on-site restaurants, though they cleverly partners with the restaurant next door to deliver set meals

    We spent 3 nights here during a tour of Japan. We had an unpretentious, small but very clean twin room. It had a refrigerator, air cleaner, electric kettle and safe. The bath was almost as big as the room. Towels were thin with no wash cloths. Toiletries provided included toothbrush/paste, shampoo, conditioner and bath wash. You could even obtain a nightshirt! The mattress was very firm as were the pillows. We got twin beds because those rooms are supposedly bigger but the floor space only allowed one person at a time. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Most had poor English but we managed especially when they pulled out their handheld translator! Luckily the AC had instructions in English. The included breakfast was in the adjoining Thai restaurant. The Western selection was limited and unappealing but I managed to eat Thai for breakfast. My husband ate cereal and pastries. The area had number of good restaurants. The metro was not a block away .
