  My 9-night stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel premier in Ginza was nothing short of excellent. The staff members were tremendously helpful. Even with limited English, they did everything they could to communicate with us and provide solutions whenever needed.Secondly, cleanliness is something you never have to worry about in Japan. The bed, bathroom, and public areas such as the hallways, restaurant, and even the public restrooms were all sparkling clean. In fact, every time we returned to our room after housekeeping, it felt just as spotless as it did on the first day we checked in.The breakfast was superb! There was a wide variety of options, mostly Western dishes with some traditional Japanese selections. Everything was delicious, especially the grilled fish. However, if you are staying for a longer period like I did, the breakfast menu remains fairly similar each day, so you might start to feel bored after the fifth or sixth day. If that might bother you, I would recommend purchasing the breakfast coupon on a daily basis instead.The location is also very convenient, within walking distance of major metro stations and shopping areas.   Wonderful Hotel in Ginza, Tokyo

  We had a three night stay at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Ginza Premier. Then another night stay upon returning to Tokyo before flying home. We really loved the location. We would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Tokyo as the location was fantastic. Right near great shopping, convenience stores, main train line, and many wonderful restaurants. Our room was well appointed and clean, we left our suitcases safely stored before check in as we went off to explore Ginza. Our hotel room had its own well appointed bathroom, toiletries, room safe, TV, fridge and closet. Breakfast in the restaurant was also good with a large selection of food to choose from. The restaurant was also opened for dinner which was great after a long day of walking and looking for a place to enjoy a lovely meal. There was also a Starbucks at the entrance of the building for convenience. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.   Awesome hotel in Ginza!

  We loved our stay here while we enjoyed Tokyo. The prices were very decent and we were quite central to everything we wanted to do. There were a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance since we were in Ginza. It was also easy to catch a subway.It was not a huge room but most rooms in Tokyo are small. The bathroom was quite big though!   Same as ever, nice place to stay when in Ginza

  It’s our regular hotel in Ginza, centrally located, about 10 minutes walk from Tokyo station. From the iconic Mitsukoshi flagship store and Matsyua to the quirky stores like Itoya, Daiwa is close to all the upscale shopping and eateries in the area.   Small room but generally pleasant experience

  The hotel is well-located, close to Tokyo station and within walking distance of the metro line. There is a handy shop opposite the hotel and the upscale stores of Ginza are nearby. Our room was small and we struggled to fit our suitcases in it. The shower had good pressure and the air con worked well. The toiletries were nice too. It was quiet for us overnight. Service was fine. It felt a little frantic checking in but we had no other issues. Breakfast was limited, particularly in terms of western options, but it was tasty enough. More variety from day to day would have been better. We didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant so we can’t comment on that. We enjoyed an evening drink at the bar. Overall it felt like decent enough value, if on the small side. Nothing stands out as poor or exceptional.
