    The Hotel is beautiful and in a good position. The rooms are spacious and have a beautiful view. But the rooms smell of smoke. I tried to ask for a change, but they refused. When I returned to Italy, my clothes stank.Breakfast is basic, if not poor.

    Room initially placed was not clean and full of dusts. Stayed at this place many times before and the quality was good, but now downgraded. House keeper doesn’t understood English.

    Stunning Views of Ginza

    The views from the hotel room are stunning in the day as well in the night. Rooms are spacious and clean. We had an additional bed along with a double bed and still had enough space to move around. Its in the residential area of Ginza and a few minutes walk to metro station. Walk by the river is accessible from the next door building. Good food options in the adjacent building. Tea maker is available in the room, ice dispenser installed on the floors. We were on 38th floor and the view was just wow from there. We loved our stay in this hotel and will surely recommend it to others.

    My wife I were pleased with our room and impressed with view of Ginza district. The room accommodations is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. We especially enjoyed having our breakfast next to an incredible view of the river. Plus, the value is excellent. We highly recommend this place to our friends and family.

    Ginza Creston - Outdated room with low quality breakfast and unwelcoming services

    After traveling in Japan for two weeks, we chose to stay in Ginza Creston, a high rise hotel looking over Tokyo Bay. We were happy with the amazing view even in slightly outdated room until we got to breakfast. The breakfast was unremarkably boring with low quality for what we paid for it. We had western set breakfast, a half cooked omelet, overdressed salad, water soaked sausages, etc. We felt it is not acceptable so we went to reception to cancel our next day’s breakfast. However, we were told it’s not refundable and we need to discuss with our agent? Are you kidding me? That’s the answer to $22 per person for such a low quality breakfast. Final thought, I don’t recommend to stay here for the low quality breakfast, outdated room and polite but unwelcoming services.
