  ホテルでの滞在は大変快適で、思い出に残るものとなりました。到着時、ユニークで楽しい雰囲気のフロントに迎えられ、とても驚かされました。セルフチェックインにもかかわらず、スタッフの方々は非常に親切で、特に四関宏志様のご対応に深く感謝しております。滞在中、受け取る予定だった荷物が届かなかった際、四関様は自ら運送会社に連絡を取り、迅速に再配達を手配してくださいました。こちらからお願いしていなかったにもかかわらず、丁寧かつ誠実に対応していただき、日本の方々の温かさと高いプロ意識を強く感じました。今後もぜひ利用したいと思えるホテルであり、心からおすすめいたします。Our stay at this hotel was truly pleasant and memorable. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a unique and fun reception area that was a delightful surprise. Although the check-in process was self-service, the hotel staff were exceptionally attentive. In particular, we are very grateful to Mr. Hiroshi Yotsuzeki for his outstanding assistance. During our stay, when a package we were expecting had not yet arrived, he personally contacted the delivery company and arranged for an urgent redelivery. This was done proactively, without us even asking, and his kind and professional support left a lasting impression. Thanks to him, we experienced the warmth and high level of hospitality that perfectly represent Japan. We would be delighted to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

  A pragmatic hotel near the airport and the rental car office

  Henn na Hotel Tokyo Haneda is located in Haneda neighborhood, not so far from the international airport of Tokyo, the main city of Japan. The rate quality/price is good. It is near the Hanneda Airport (less than 15 minutes by train), just what we needed. A pragmatic place also close to our car rental office. It has an automatic check-in with a woman robot and two dinosaurs at the front desk, very nice ;-). A real man helped us to check-in (our first day in Japan). The room has all we needed to sleep after a large journey.On the other hand, the room is too small and not very comfortable.

  Clean hotel with free shuttle bus from airport. Room is small but overall it is acceptable for the price paid. Definitely recommended for short stays. There is 7-11 and family mart a short walk away. Check in was fast and easy. Simple amenities like toothbrush and such are available at the lobby.

  Very good experience.We arrived at Haneda Airport and waited for the shuttle bus. It arrived timely at 00:30.When at the hotel, self check in was very easy and intuitive.Room is small but practical and sufficient for 2 traveller's with backpacks.Very good shower with good toiletries.Good night of rest and a family mart nearby.Would come back again.
