    Interconnecting rooms

    - we choose this hotel because it had interconnecting rooms, which is not easy to find in Ginza. We are family of 3, so this was the cheapest option for the biggest type room we could find. - the hotel was excellent location (right in the middle of ginza shopping) and close to Haneda. - It's a good base to use to explore tokyo and to get to and from Haneda airport. - we didn't book breakfast because there are many cafes around that open at 7am which was more economical. - The pillow was a bit hard; - rooms are small (about 20 sqm or less) so i guess it's just a place for you to come and sleep and not really to relax in the room.

    Nice location, 10 minute walk from Tokyo station. It allowed us to avoid having to transfer after arriving via train. It also was easy access to Haneda Airport (35-45 minutes depending on route) the next morning. Rooms were small but adequate- desk, mini-fridge, bed, closet. Bathroom was big - full tub/shower, sink, toilet. Older furnishings/decor.

    Being in shopping center of Tokyo and near to trainstation, it was eady to move around. Can walk to G six main shopping complex in 5 min after coming back from dsy tour. X coffee near, 2min away is one of the best cafe all over the wotld.Hotel service was quite helpful and welcoming. Room facilites were superb with generous shampoo and conditioners, razer and tooth paste/ brush which are less frequently seen in western hotels nowadays. Coffee mechine with choices of cspsules warm my heart. Wifi was guick and rooms are extremily tidy.

    Great hotel in Ginza!

    My husband and I stayed here for four nights before the start of our cruise from Yokohama in April. We chose this hotel because of the location and the price – it was close to everything and it was affordable.Upon arrival, we found the receptionist to be very friendly and helpful. She even offered complimentary skin care samples to take. I wasn’t sure what they were, so I took one of everything. (I tried them when we got on the cruise ship later on and found them interesting. My favorite sample was the eye mask, which was very soothing for my tired eyes.)Our room was on the 4th floor. It was small but had everything we needed, (but no safe), including a mini fridge. The room’s a/c worked well. We booked a Queen Room and it had a queen bed pushed against the wall. We also found two sets of PJs on the bed, but since we had our own, we didn’t use them. (They were available for purchase.) We found slippers in the closet. While the décor looked dated, the room was clean and it was quiet. We slept well every night.We chose the standard package (no breakfast), as we knew there were convenient stores and coffee shops nearby. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and wished we had stayed longer!

    AWFUL!!Stayed here two nights post cruise before flying home.Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff.Spoilt a fantastic trip not a true reflection of the hospitality of the Japanese people.Only good thing about this hotel is the location.
