  Good size room for Tokyo, good breakfast with excellent miso. Close to big shopping centre, food court, local restaurants. A. It quieter than some suburbs but handy with the train line.

  A Unique Hotel!

  We had stayed in another hotel in the same hotel chain previously, Hotel Mystays Premier Hamamatsucho so we knew this hotel would also be good. I requested a room on higher floors and we got a room on 9/F. We got a nice surprise when we got out of the lift. The inside of the hotel where the rooms are is not enclosed. It is "hollow"! We had the very roomy Comfort 2 beds room again (1 king and 1 sofa bed), 28m2. Breakfast had a variety of dishes to choose from. It even had homemade tofu! My favourite item was in the dessert section, the Sticky rice red bean paste item. So yummy! Apart from the standard drinks, it even had apple cider vinegar and kale juice! No other hotel we stayed in had the sticky rice item and kale juice!

  Clean and convenient hotel while visiting Tokyo

  We stayed at this hotel during our time in Tokyo. We were part of a group tour. The hotel is clean and conveniently located. Across the street there is convenience store, small but well stocked. A 2 minutes walk from the train station with sidewalks and very safe area. The rooms didn't have any drinking water. We arrived late at night and tired. It was very disappointed that there was no drinking water available at the hotel, so we had to walk across the street to the konbini. Our room didn't have a closet, only a small area against the wall to hang a couple of shirts, they provided pajamas and slippers. Internet was fast and part of the room rate. The room was clean with a nice view of the area, regular beds. Fast elevator. The breakfast had a good variety and good coffee. The front desk staff was helpful and cordial.

  Would stay at this hotel again. Loved the PJs The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. There were many good restaurants and bars in the area.Only were the fact that heating was set for the whole building and was too warm, the lack of space in the foyer and not being able to check in until exactly 3 pm on the dot.

  Although I have stayed in dozens of hotels, this one truly took me by surprise.In essence, all we really needed to bring were our clothes, as absolutely everything else was provided for the duration of our stay (10 nights): indoor and outdoor slippers, shoe-care products, garment-care items (including a brush and refreshing spray), pyjamas, an alarm clock, notepad, pen, tissues, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving foam, aftershave, facial cream, hand cream, moisturiser, comb, cotton buds, a face cloth, and of course soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. A television and kettle with glasses and mugs were a given, as was the universal charger. An air purifier is also provided.We rarely heard our neighbours, so the soundproofing was more than adequate. Unlike the usual key-card system found in most hotels, the climate control here operates with a permanent card, ensuring constant function. The air-conditioning was perfectly silent. On the corridor one finds a drinks machine, a complimentary ice dispenser and a trouser press.Check-in took precisely two minutes, and check-out even less. A complimentary shuttle to Haneda Airport is provided.They were more than happy to lend us an adaptor, converting from European to Japanese sockets.The lobby houses an excellent restaurant, while within five minutes’ walk there are countless local eateries and convenience stores (Seven-Eleven, Lawson), not to mention shopping centres. Archaeological curiosities, a Shinto shrine, and charming parks are also just a short stroll away. The Keihin-Tōhoku Line station is a mere seven minutes’ walk, offering direct trains to Kanagawa or Enoshima Island, and with a single change we reached Shibuya — along with a host of other major attractions — in under twenty minutes.I can recommend this hotel without hesitation.
