  Great location. Close to many stations. Far enough away from the really busy areas to recover after a long day of walking!! My teenage son loved the art on the walls. Good coffee in reception. Super helpful staff.

  This is a great hotel. I really enjoyed the manga theme and nighttime amenities. The hotel is a stone’s throw away from the public train. But most importantly, the hotel attenders were super friendly and helpful. Would def stay again!

  For the price, it is amazing what you get with this stay! Comfortable bed, big space under the bed to store luggages and air conditioner you can adjust the temperature inside your room.With just a few minutes walk from Hamamatsuchō Station and Takeshiba Station, you can easily get around from A to B from this destination. A Family Mart is directly next to the hotel, so if you are looking for late night snacks or even early morning energy drink, this is the place to go! There is vending machines at the hotel where you also buy drinks if you are feeling extra thirsty.The design and mood is very anime/manga inspired, and you can even borrow mangas to your room to read. The staff is helpful and also speak English fluently, so there is no problem if you don’t speak a lot of Japanese. Would love to come back here!

  Just a couple words of caution, there are two Hotel Tavinos in Tokyo. One is in Asasuka and the other in Hamamatsucho. They were both staffed with friendly , helpful bilingual people. Hotels were clean, but they offered completely different area experiences.

  Small but reasonably priced option on out outskirts of Tokyo

  The room was small, as is expected in Tokyo. The two beds were adjacent with little to no space in between the two beds nor the walls. There was a little bit of room to put water bottles, phones, or some small items between the bed and the wall. There was a tiny table that could be used for eating or setting out sundry items. I appreciated the free breakfast, but the food sometimes ran out well before the end of meal time. I also appreciated the staff letting me extend my check out for a fee as a member of my party had an unplanned injury that led us to need the room longer than anticipated. As for location, it's a bit of a walk to Daimon station. There's another train (not part of Tokyo or Toei metro, so a separate fare system) much closer. I figured out the closest way to enter this train station but could never figure out the closest way getting back when exiting the train, so it was always a huge trek for me, sometimes involving multiple flights of stairs (no elevator or escalator that I could find).
