    Convenient hotel close to Tokyo Station

    Cozy hotel located in a relatively quite area though not far from Tokyo Central Station. The room was good, around 15m2. Breakfast was great ! self service laundry machines are good. Nearby hotel you can find many restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel is close to MRT and Bus stations. Overall I would like to recommend this hotel especially if you want to be close to the city center but avoid the crowd and busy traffic areas. ヴィラフォテーヌ 茅場町, マーケティング at Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo Kayabacho, responded to this review Thank you very much for staying at our hotel.     HOTEL IS NOT WHAT THE ADVERTISING AND PHOTOGRAPHS REVEAL. THE ROOMS ARE TINY WITH NO ROOM FOR 2 TALL AUSTRALIANS WITH 2 SUITCASES.ASKED FOR AN UPGRADE TO A BIGGER ROOM BUT WAS REJECTED AS IT WAS A TRIP A DEAL BOOKINGNOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THIS HOTEL

    Cannot understand all the complains.A very nice hotel with kind staff. Rooms in the annex are clean and comfy. Rooms are bigger than exspected. Breakfast is nothing special but at least everyone will find something they like.Location is about 5 to 10 minutes from Metro stations.

    The room was presented to high standard, well equipped. Personal items were provided. The room was quiet, and the cleaning was excellent. Breakfast was excellent and all staff were extremely efficient. Thank you for a wonderful stay and experience.Peter.

    No sleep. Beds like sleeping on the floor.

    The hotel is clean and the lobby is nice. No decent restaurants close. Long walk to Tokyo Station. The beds are so hard it’s like sleeping on the floor. My son and I didn’t sleep for two nights because the beds were so hard we couldn’t get comfortable. I’m flexible when it comes to a bed but save your money and just sleep on the floor somewhere.
