  Booked this hotel by mistake and cancelled immediately — literally within minutes. Despite this, the hotel flatly refused to issue a refund.What’s most disappointing is not just the money, but the complete lack of ethics and customer care. Any reasonable business understands accidental bookings happen and handles them fairly. This place chose to keep the money anyway.It feels like their business model relies on trapping customers through rigid policies rather than providing good service. The response I received was cold, dismissive, and showed zero interest in resolving the issue or acting in good faith.If you value transparency, fairness, or basic customer respect, I strongly recommend staying away. There are plenty of hotels that don’t treat guests like this.

  Unlike most hotels, Wing Asakusa does NOT offer to hold your luggage after check out which they won’t let you know beforehand. They refer you to an expensive baggage store instead, ended up paying $40 USD to hold our luggage. There are better deals/hotels out there in the area.   Near lift access to train station

  We selected this hotel as we read that it's located near a train station with lift access. True that it is near a train station which helped when it came to our heavy luggage.   Disappointed all around, TBH.

  Tiny room: Bed, toilet, not much else. (Understand for hotel in Tokyo!)Forget about using the floor for anything but standing. Housekeeping? They cleaned twice in seven days, according to their schedule, but not yours. So during our 7 night stay, we had two cleaning day and the last one was on the day before we check out!! Excellent. Trash can? Overflowing - gotta take it out to corridor yourself, hostel style. Price tag? Definitely not hostel-friendly.Breakfast? Packaged bread and juice, but only if you claim it before 9 am at the lobby. Staff? Mostly nice, except for one who couldn't be bothered to answer a question (even my friend speaks fluent Japanese!) and just shoved a rule sheet at us. Not the Japanese hospitality I was expecting.   The business class airline bathroom was almost as large as the entire room and bathroom at WING HOTEL

  tThe location was great, easy access to the metro. However, the hotel itself, a ripoff for what you get. I paid $US180 for a room , smaller than a closet, seriously. It was two of us and we had to take turns opening our luggage on top of both single beds tucked together. The bathroom probably about 1m2 was incredibly difficult to get in and out. There is no lobby, other than a small counter where you checkin and out, sort of like a hostel... sol if SIZE MATTERS, I would stay away from this property.
