  Convenient Location and Helpful Staff

  I stayed here twice, in February and September 2024. The location is not bad; it's within walking distance from the station and Sunshine City. A convenience store is just around the corner. The staff were very helpful. I requested a room on the same floor as my friend, and they were able to accommodate me. As is common in Japan, hotel rooms are usually quite small.   Nice hotel!

  The hotel is close to the train station, which makes it strategic for getting around. The room is small and narrow, although you can sleep well. The service is always friendly.   I was able to relax in a room with a nostalgic European atmosphere!

  I stayed at Hotel Wing International Select Ikebukuro last night!Access is about a 10-minute walk from the east exit of Ikebukuro Station⭐︎The entrance has a natural atmosphere and the stained glass-style walls are beautiful💖It still feels new U^ェ^UIkebukuro is also convenient for sightseeing!! ♡I stayed on the top floor, the 14th floor☆Room type: Premium Double (17 square meters)The room has a classical atmosphere like a European hotel room, and the timeless space makes you forget you're in IkebukuroI had a nostalgic time.The bath is a unit bath, but you can relax in the hot tub, and the bath amenities are DHC, so the shampoo and other items made my hair moist.   Ok, but very small room

  This hotel has some good points. It’s clean and regular towel changes and nice communal facilities. The desk staff were always helpful and polite and let us into our room early which was really appreciated after a long international flight. There is a fridge in the room but no safe. The air con worked really well, I’d seen on another review someone had said there were no individual room controls and this is not the case. Only Japanese instructions available but the helpful desk staff immediately came up and showed us how to work it.. the down sides where that we had booked a twin room but it was the size of a single with no room around the beds or anywhere to put down and open a case. Unfortunately there was no space to unpack k any clothes which, as we were there for 7 nights, made you not feel settled in a base. The window was really small and we were left joking we felt like we were staying in a prison cell. The area of Iberuko is ok, a bit out of the way but transport is around and we used taxis a lot as they were very reasonable and more convenient. We used a lot of organised tours and this worked really well but they were on the other side of Tokyo to the hotel which added time to get across town in the rush hour.

  Stayed here for 6 nights, and I think I will definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. The hotel is new, and the room is very clean and spacious comparing to other hotels in the area. Even though it’s a bit far from the train station, I still think they are worth the money.But a couple things need to be addressed,1. On my first morning, a housekeeper tried to open my door without knocking, what if I was changing and other guest was walking pass the hallway? This is totally unprofessional for them to do this, knock before you enter a room is a common sense, shouldn’t be making this kind of mistake at all.2.
