    Easy Access to and from Haneda Airport

    I stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel in Hachioji and found it to be a very convenient place, especially if you are traveling from Haneda Airport or planning to visit areas such as Nagano, Yokohama, or the western side of Tokyo.Access from Haneda Airport is easy. The airport bus stops at Bus Stop #13, and from there you can see the hotel. Take the elevator up to the 2nd floor, walk along the walkway connected to the north exit of Hachioji Station, and you will arrive near the hotel entrance. Then take an elevator or escalator down to ground level and cross a small road to reach the hotel.One thing to note is that the airport bus does not run frequently - about six services per day with a big gap. I once had to wait about six hours at Haneda, so I spent time relaxing at the spa in the Airport Garden. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance. Online reservation must be made a day in advance.The hotel lobby is spacious and looks like a four-star hotel. The guest room I stayed was more like a standard three-star room, but it was clean and comfortable. Since I booked a discounted rate, I felt it was a very good value for the price.Another plus is the location: Hachioji Station has many restaurants and shops, making it very convenient for meals and shopping.Overall, a good and practical hotel choice, especially for travelers looking for easy transportation.

    The hotel is good for business trips if your office is close. There are shops around, restaurants and cafes where you can eat your dinner. Subway station is right near by.The hotel itself is quite worn out, but everything is working. Rooms are not too big. There is a very decent breakfast.However, it is really far from the center, so even though I had a free Saturday I didnt' go sightseeing.So it is up to you. Price is fine.

    Stayed for 5 nights with this being my first time at the hotel. All up very good, clean room, a little small as is the bathroom. The air-conditioning being my only negative as there was no cooling option and the room was super warm. No bar but plenty nearby and convent to station and restaurants.

    Comfortable bed. Simmons’s!!The room is very clean. Very near the station. Staff are very kind and very helpful. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the breakfast. I was hoping for a larger variety of foods. However, maybe the buffet was not so large because of COVID.a very comfortable stay.

    Horrible WiFi!!!!!!!!! Don't stay here if you're doing business and need WiFi. Constant dropped WiFi and it resets every night. Always logging in over and over. Room was nice, older, but okay. Staff barely speak English. (They can purchase a bus ticket back to the airport, charged to room) Train Station close by. Celeo Mall (mainly food, sweets, and candy/sweet boxes for gifts) There is a grocery store on the bottom level of the mall. Wish I would have known that after three weeks there. Bummer.
