    Tiny room, no complimentary water and skincare, no fruit for breakfast

    The room is very tiny even for Tokyo standard. Unlike other hotels with similar standing nearby, there is no free bottled water in the room. There’s no complimentary skincare products either. Breakfast is just average and there’s no fruit. Last entry for breakfast is 9:15am.Water pressure is great though.

    Lovely hotel staff.very friendly and so helpful. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and the rooms although a bit small are well maintained. towels changed every day. The hole is ina great location near the train station and is also near to shopping centre and lots of bars and restaurants Overall a lovely experience with staff that go out of their way to help. Would definitely come back to stay again

    The Keio Presso Inn is a modern hotel conveniently located near to Tokyo Station. The rooms at the hotel were a decent size and was perfect for my son and I for our single night stay before flying out. Whilst the room was very clean, I found the bed to be quite hard and the bathroom quite small. The staff were all polite and gave great service and went out of their way to help us. This hotel has a self-service locker system for luggage storage and gets very busy around check-in time to such an extent that they operate a ticket system to handle the volume. The breakfast, whilst pleasant, was not as good as other hotels I stayed in around Japan.

    Small room, and even tinier toilet. We stayed 1 night at the Keio before departing Japan at the end of our hols. The bed was comfortable for 2 of us but there was hardly any room to open our luggage or move about in the room. The toilet was tiny, only 1 pax at any one time. But the room was clean as was the toilet.The check in and check out process was using a console, but there was staff around to assist us travellers to do the check in. Check out process was simpler. But location was top notch.. only about a 5 minute walk (with luggage) from Tokyo Station.If staying longer, perhaps a bigger room, or a hotel with a bigger room would be better.
