    Great location - plenty of restaurants nearby and a couple off minutes walk from all the hustle and bustle of Shinkoku. The rooms are on the small side but we were expecting that from the other reviews. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

    One of Shinjuku's nicer small hotels! Loved our stay here, especially interacting with Daniela and No on reception. Those 2 lovely ladies were always super helpful and had lots of recommendations when we asked for ideas of things to do. Thank you Daniela and No for making our stay a pleasantly memorable one!While the room was compact, it was super comfortable! We had everything we needed - fridge, TV, kettle, A/C, room safe etc. The PJs and slippers were a really nice touch. The housekeeping staff are absolute gems too - room was always tidied and PJs, linens and towels changed every other day.

    I checked out this morning, 4 night stay and received some of the worst hospitality ever. Everyone from the bartender to the front desk manager is in serious need of customer service training. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs.

    Small rooms, overpriced, bad location

    Rooms quite tiny, photos on the website and 3rd party booking websites misleading as to the size - you won't be able to put even a single small carry-on down on the ground while also being able to walk in the room. Better bang for your buck to just stay at a capsule hotel. Location also poor considering the nearest public transportation is a 10-15 minute walk at minimum.Okay if you are solo but if you're with a partner or group I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else where you can have more space and a better location for the same (or cheaper!) price.

    Excellent. We stayed as a family of 4 for 4 nights in July. The hotel was wonderful. Clean, well staffed and in a great location. The room was perfectly sized and included a bed for each of us. Amenities were great and the breakfast included was lovely and regularly topped up by staff. We even used the hotel laundry facilities and would recommend. For the price we paid we are extremely happy. Would recommend
