    Some dirty rooms. Maid service only every other day. Flaky internet. Only convenient to subway, otherwise a distant to travel to sights. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

    I would say it was a pleasant stay overall. The rooms are fairly wider than the previous hotel we stayed at in Tokyo. It was overall clean, except there was lingering scent in the rooms my daughter and my mom. The staff were very helpful though they have difficulty speaking jn english. The location is 5 Star, it is walking distance to practically everything that you need, Grocery, Drug Store, restaurants, a mall that houses DAISO, GU, UNIQLO, 3 COINS, train station, convenience store. Insider tip: Luggage storage is only free until 2pm after 2pm you have to pay 1,000 yen per luggage. There is also a BOOK OFF in the same building. PLUS: they provide sleep wear.

    Amazing Sky Tree view

    One of the best hotels we stayed in Japan.Accessible to subway & few mins walk to JR station. Friendly staff & accommodating. We ordered from Amazon Japan & they accept the parcels on behalf.Lots of shopping malls around, eating places, book off on the same building & 7-11.Our room has no view of the sky tree but every time we take the lift, the view was amazing. I almost always had to take fotos with the autumn trees.Rooms are clean & spacious, with toiletries.

    This hotel is only a short walk from the Kinshicho station, which is reachable with a non-stop bus from Haneda airport. Through the Kinshicho station you can conveniently connect to the metro system.The reception is on the fourth floor. Our room offered a nice view of the Tokyo Skytower.The room was compact, as Japanese hotel rooms often are, clean and well appointed.The bathroom had a practical little chair that you can put in the bathtub. It eliminates the risk of slipping and allows for reach to the handles of the shower which are located outside of the bath tub.The breakfast offered good choices and openend punctually at 7 am, and closed punctually at 10 am. Service was swift in clearing plates and refilling stations. There was even a choccolate fountain!

    Our premium reservation at Lotte did not disappoint. Our room was spacious, the views were spectacular and the staff were friendly and helpful!The hotel is surrounded by shopping and eateries, a park and the main entry floor has a 711. It is super convenient for the late night snack or sweet tooth craving. There's an Irish Pub mixing up flavorful highball drinks & pub food. The bookstore was cool. We don't speak Japanese, so it was a quick attraction to walk through for us. As a premiere guest, we had 3 free drink coins each, per day and took advantage of the private lounge area where the drink are served. We dined in for breakfast. Local Japanese and American cuisine. Yum! Thanks for the stellar accommodations and ease of booking through TripAdvisor. We will definitely be back.
