    Excellent 4-Star Hotel

    rating25 May 2026

Big. The lobby is on the 27th floor and rooms are above, up to if I remember correctly, the 33rd floor. It's a cosmopolitan hotel, a little older, but spotlessly clean, with a good bed and almost-American shower in the bathroom. The room is small-ish, but adequate. Breakfast had a large variety - both Western and Japanese. It is about 100 feet from the Shinkansen/subway station - a great convenience. We were only there 1 night and the restaurant was booked for dinner, so I can't give an opinion about that. In Tokyo, would I stay there again? Definitely.

Ok for business hotel, but not for a vacation

    rating20 May 2026

This hotel was ok. It seemed like more of a business hotel than a vacation hotel. It was hard to find (I won’t get into how challenging the Tokyo Train Station is generally, but trying to figure out how to get to this hotel from the station is nearly impossible). I will say that the personnel at the front desk are friendly and amenable, and that the room we stayed in was quiet (I.e. no street noise) and clean. The toilet, however, was not quiet. It was like a raging river when you sat on it. The shower flooded the bathroom, which was gross, and the bathroom generally was odd (it felt like it was a metal box). I didn’t love the area, as although it was technically convenient to the train station, it felt like a corporate area rather than a place tourists would enjoy. I guess if you’re in Tokyo for business it would be fine, however.

Best location, beautiful room, great shower, very very clean. Breakfast was worth the price.

As per my title, I will always stay in this hotel. The building where this hotel has many great restaurants including a Din Din Fong. In the sub basement, easy route to subway. From the Tokyo Station location, it lead to all attractions, cuz it is the center location.

This is a great hotel, right by the Tokyo Station, very convenient for travel. Rooms are on a smaller size but spacious enough, clean and well stacked

    Convenient and comfortable hotel

    rating19 Apr 2026

The hotel is located within Tokyo station where there’s a Shinkansen station and it’s also convenient if you are coming via train from Haneda airport. But do note that Tokyo station is a maze and it is important to look out for the Nihombashi or Yaesu North gate and Sapia tower where the hotel is located when trying to find the hotel. Alternatively, we also tried to walk outside when we failed to locate either of the gates and it works too. Good place to stay if you are keen to shop at the first avenue character street. There’s also a Japan newspaper in English available between the lobby and the lift in the morning.Amenities such as bottled water, comb, shaver, headband that can act as a rubber band, toothbrush, mouthrinse, simple skincare kit and bath salts are available in the room. We stayed 3 nights in a Queen room (18m2) and also 1 night at the deluxe twin room- 2 single beds (28m2) at the later part of the trip. Both rooms are quiet. Furnishing is done well too. It was quite hard to open 2 luggages at the first room but no issues at the second room. The bathtub, towel bowl and basin are all in the same washroom. There’s no separate shower area so we stood in the bathtub to shower. There’s a good spread for the breakfast, that includes both western (bread, scrambled eggs, sausages, desserts, fruits) and Japanese (soup with rice, miso soup, beef shabu shabu, side dishes) options. View at the breakfast area was great too since it is located at the 27th floor (same floor as the reception) , that overlooks the buildings nearby.
