  Very Good Hotel Option in Tokyo

  We have stayed at this hotel several times. These are a few of the reasons we keep coming back and one area that could be better:Location - The location is very convenient, just a few minutes away from convenience stores, Don Quijote, Tokyo Tower, Roppongi Hills, etc. Room / Amenities – Room is a bit small, but very modern and clean. There is full service cleaning on a daily basis and staff are extremely friendly and attentive.Value – While not cheap, it is very reasonable for what you get.Breakfast – Breakfast is maybe the one area where things could be better. Food is good, however, service could be improved. On one day one of our party of 4 did not receive their breakfast order until everyone else was done. Different servers and a supervisor/manager were asked several times and while it finally came out, it was cold and unappetizing at that point.   I stayed for two days and had a nice experience. The room was clean, the staff was polite, and the check-in process was very easy and smooth. Overall, a pleasant stay.

  Really liked this hotel, thought it delivered a lot for a good price, particularly when some hotels are extremely expensive during Cherry Blossom season.It’s a good location for many people, near attractions like Tokyo Tower, new developments in Roppongi and lots of restaurants. I also found it to be very well connected and under 10 minutes walk from the subway.I stayed in the standard room and while it was compact, it was well designed and to a high standard. Breakfast is very good, with a choice from multiple dishes, as well as an unlimited number of other options like yoghurt, fruit and toast. Everything was very quick.Also, can’t not mention that as I left, a staff member handed me sweets from Shiseido Parlour as a birthday gift for this coming weekend! Incredibly thoughtful and kind service.Would definitely stay again, for sure.
