Hotel not in a convenient location

    rating29 Mar 2026

Hotel not in central Tokyo and there is nothing to do around the hotel. The train station, unlike most other Japanese train stations, has very few shops or restaurants. There is a bit of a walk from the station to the hotel which is in an inconspicuous alley, easily missed as there are no signs around. How on earth can 2 people stay in a 14m2 room is beyond my comprehension. There literally is no room for 2 people to walk around. To open the window you have to crawl over a bed to get there. There are no chairs to sit on and you can only lie on the bed if you stay in the room. There is no room to open 1 medium size suitcase let alone 2. As Japanese hotels MUST have a bath tub, there can only be a shower in the very slippery bathtub, so dangerous especially for older people. The bathroom is tiny to say the least. The internet is a hit and a miss. Japanese Breakfast is adequate but there are limited options. Not a desirable hotel in our opinion.

My favorite hotel during our tour!

    rating03 Jul 2025

I love this hotel; it suits me fine! Stayed here on day 1 and day 8 of our all inclusive guided tour package. It isn't exactly the Marriott, but it is simple, safe, secure, clean, comfortable, convenient location walking distance near the train station, has a lobby cafe that serves water, tea, coffee all day/night long. Microwave and amenities available at the lobby. The breakfast is diversified, although it could use more western foods considering the hotel caters to large tour groups. Typical Japanese hotel rooms compact but very clean. I love the provided pajamas for use (unfortunately, they don't sell them for souvenir) and I miss those heated toilet seats. Don Quixote shopping center, 7-11 convenience store, multiple grocery stores, and other food places nearby. Very quiet neighborhood. Next time I visit Tokyo, I will stay here again.

Great Location, Room, breakfast lower than expectations

    rating29 Mar 2025

The best thing that can be said about this hotel is its location. It is particularly convenient for those arriving at Haneda airport. 3 minutes from a train station, 2 minutes from 7-11.The rooms were small. I know to expect small in Japan, but this was record breaking. The breakfast literally the worst in all my years of traveling. It was a good thing that 7-11 was so close. The staff were friendly but a bit overwhelmed by the number of tour groups using the facility.

    Great hotel!

    rating07 Mar 2025

Only booked this hotel for 1 night due to being close by to the airport before we travelled. We were very impressed! Such comfy beds, the bathroom was very spacious, enough room for the 3 of us in the room and luggage. The complimentary drinks in the lobby area were lovely too! The amenities on offer were great, the microwaves, vending machines, ice machine! All great if needed.

Ideal as an Airport hotel before flying from Haneda

    rating20 Feb 2025

Its a business hotel but also ideal for an overnight stay before flying from Haneda.Even with luggage it was less than 4 minute walk from the Train station.Check in is via automated machine - easy- but as soon as you have your key a real person will magically appear top make sure you know about where to get anyt amenities you may have forgotten -like a toothbrush, and show you where breakfast is served and where the lifts are. Our room was ample is size, clean and quiet. We both slept wellBreakfast was included in our room rate, I had seen a lot of bad reviews about the breakfast, so didnt hold out much hope, however I suspect these may have come from westeners not prepared to try japanese foods. There is a coffee machgine - not the greatest coffee, and a choice of 2 croissant, small in size but have as many a s you want (these were also not great). Also Juices were available. However there was a hot miso soup dispenser - delicious, a smal varietry of buffet foods and lots of fresh rice. I did not leave hungry. Vedry pleased with the free breakfast indeed.would definately consider using again.
