    I will say I was surprised by how far this hotel was from 'downtown' but it was actually quite a pleasant walk to get there. And how far it was made it super quiet. Don't plan on any restaurants nearby at all though, only a Wendy's. That being said, it was a basic hotel with clean accommodations, friendly staff, good size room, etc. There was a bunch of condensation inside the window in the morning but otherwise no complaints! Would stay again.

    I didn’t like this hotel. The only good thing about it is its location. Room is really small. Bed is not comfortable. TV has only channels in Japanese. Breakfast is simple, no juice etc. I would not stay there again. On the other hand staff is helpful; however they should always moro e their English.

    Absolutely fantastic hotel in Tokyo. Super clean, with great amenities and a fantastic location within walking distance to three subway lines. The rooms are smaller and you only get one pillow but that’s standard for Tokyo. Beds are comfortable and staff are friendly. I really cannot sing the praises of this hotel enough.

    This is a great little Business Hotel in the neighborhood of Akebonobashi, just two stops away from the main Shinjuku Station in Tokyo, we had two single rooms and it was perfect for us, we stayed our first night of arrival in Japan before heading south to Kyushu and we returned at the end of our trip, the beds were a bit too firm for my liking but we really enjoyed the little street it was located in as it was the only hotel and the street was filled with restaurants, clothing stores, convenience stores and pharmacy, it was nice not being in a very commercial area and there were a lot of apartments surrounding us, definitely recommend and we will stay again next year

    Very small but ok and clean, fine for one person for five nights. Quite far from centre of Shinjuku though, about an half hour walk. Very close to train station, some good restaurants and laundromat. Staff were friendly and helpful where possible with limited English.
