    Fast wifi and luggage storage Its more a hotel for 2-3 days rather than a long stay, but the wifi is fast and the area is largely residential so its quiet with dozens of restaurants and conivence stores

    Discovering a tranquil hideaway in Tokyo, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff's warmth and helpfulness set the tone for a welcoming stay. Our room, both spacious and spotless, provided a comfortable escape for weary travelers. Perfectly situated within walking distance of the subway and surrounded by enticing restaurants and vibrant local markets, the location added a touch of convenience to our exploration.

    Location is ok, and is 5-10 minutes walk from Nishikasai station. I’m not much fond for the room as there was cluttered stench in here. Cleaning was however, done daily and commendable. Internet connection was fair with noted slow connections and occasional disconnections. Food selection is buffet and is great and tasty. Hopefully they can correct some of the concerns here.

    This is the newer Best Western hotel in the area I believe, so their rooms look quite new. The room and bathroom are both spacious - 2 double beds plus a sofa, but still I feel spacious with my large suitcase, which is great. Bathtub is located in a separate room in the bathroom. Coffee machine is available in my room as well. Its location is an acceptable walk from Nishikasai station, even with luggages. There are laundry room and breakfast available on the first floor. If you need the shuttle bus heading to Disneyland or Disneysea, you need to request in the front desk when checking in. They offer the bus in the morning once every hour - be sure you ask about the schedule. It takes around 30 -40 mins for the ride, depending on the traffic. On my first ride, I was told that the shuttle bus would come late due to the traffic. However, staff cannot really speak well in English so I felt slightly confused at first. In my opinion, many guests use this shuttle service in the morning.

    The room is spacious. The UCC coffee capsule available in each room is actually really good one. Nice shower room too. Nice staffs. It’d be better if there’s a mirror on the desk too. But to be honest the breakfast is not so recommended. Worth the price though. It’s near too many convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and subway station too..
