  Cramped but great location

  Small, cramped superior room as described in other reviews. Nowhere to put luggage and the desk was really a ledge. Nice massage chair but it took up valuable space in the room. Wifi was intermittent. Great location in Ginza and staff were attentive and friendly.

  If I were on business by myself it would have been an OK motel. I say Motel because it lacks any amenities other than an average breakfast by Japan standards. Front staff has ZERO English capability. Room is cramped. Bathroom has a huge frosted glass window that lights up the whole room when someone uses the bathroom. The bed is pushed up against the other side of the bathroom window. Cramped room with too much furniture in it. Cannot move around at all. Think Cabin on a 14 foot boat. If I was alone on business I might give it 3 stars. But for 2 people 2 stars is generous.

  A well located hotel which is modern in appearance with very pleasant staff. Our room had all features expected and was well appointed. Bedding was good as was the bathroom with separate toilet. Room also had a small fridge. Great security with room door always locking when closed. Close to restaurants and shopping. We really like the feel of the hotel. Would stay again.

  Decent stay, room wasnt too big but it was decent for our stay which was for four days.Don't expect big rooms especially in Tokyo. The area was lovely we were just a few mins walk from the high end street in ginza.Breakfast was decent, didn't have a lot of options for vegetarians/vegans.Staff was kind and friendly, spoke a decent amount of english.Surprisingly the rooms were very quiet for the area in which the hotel is located.

  Comfortable room, Somewhat erratic housekeeping

  Located directly across the street from The B Ginza and basically around the corner from Don Quijote, about a 5-minute walk from the JR Shimbashi Station. If you come from the station and make it to Don Quijote with Natural Lawson in front of you, Remm is basically diagonally to the left, a little farther along.The room was pretty new, well-maintained, and spacious for Tokyo standards with a comfortable layout. There is a massage chair in the room which some might love, and some might find is a waste of space; we thought the latter.While the room appeared spotless housekeeping did seem to clean it somewhat haphazardly and erratically—moving our belongings and providing new pajama sets randomly strewn across the vanity instead of placed on the bed (with one set missing pants) so we decided to not have the room cleaned for the rest of our stay as we didn't want them moving around our personal things.Staff are courteous and professional but there's always room to improve in terms of customer service and obtaining guest satisfaction. We kindly asked for another bottle of water and were declined which seemed pretty silly.Worth noting, there's no coin laundry machine at this hotel. You can book a luggage delivery service by yourself through a company they collaborate with but it's a smaller company so it's not as widespread as Yamato (for example, couldn't send to Kyoto) but luckily there's a Yamato office close by.
