  We stayed there for 3 nights.Location: Near to Tokyo Big sight and Kokusai Tenjijo metro stationsRooms: We booked a Twin room which was spacious enoughFood: Really enjoyed their Breakfast buffet.Amenities: Good amenities, liked them.Staff: Helpful staffCheck-in, Check-out: Self kiosk machinesAs for Value for money - little on the higher sideAll-in-all, a happy stay :)

  Basic but very convenient. We loved it.

  Basic but perfect for us. Wanted to stay in the area for convenience. Room had everything we needed without being flashy. Can borrow irons, hair straighteners, it has self serve luggage storage, has self check in. We arrived early and they happily looked after our luggage for the day until we returned to check in. We loved the dinner at the cafe $14 Aus ea (pho and curry). Microwave and laundry on every level so easy to get our laundry done before and after dinner in cafe. 5 min walk to train station (2 lines) and 30 min walk/10 min train to planet labs and futures museum, walk to water science museum.   I booked this Hotel for its Location (Close to 3 stations) also it is Disney Good Neighbour Hotel so we get Free Transport to & From Disneyland & Disney Sea . Also I booked an Executive Suite Room . We were in Room 2020 , Top Floor, right on the Corner with views from the Balcony across Tokyo Bay to Haneda Airport and right across Tokyo Bay . We booked 8 nights .We arrived just after 3 pm and were greeted By Friendly staff who completed the Check In procedure for us including issuing us with Tickets for our Daily Breakfast and Room Cards . We were shown to the Lifts and shown how to use our Room Keycard to open a door to the Private Lift to the Premium Rooms on Floors 17 to 20 . The Lift was very fast and we were soon in our Room . What a surprise . The Entrance Hall Had a Wardrobe on one side and a Door to the Toilet , Laundry & Bathroom on the other side.At the End of the Hallway was Door leading into the Dining Area & Lounge area . A Large TV was opposite a Large Lounge easily capable of seating 4 people . Plenty of Drawer space and shelving . In the Dining Area there was a Large Window to the Balcony that ran the full length of the Room , The Views were spectacular . The Kitchen was very well equipped , A full size Fridge & Freezer . A Stove top . Crockery & Cutlery . Kettle . The Kettle took a while to Boil and I think that is because Japan Electric Current is only 100 Volts . The Bedroom was at the end of the Loungeroom and accessed by a Large sliding Door that opened the Bedroom up to the Loungeroom. Another TV was in the Bedroom . The Wardrobe was huge and we had plenty of Hangers and room for our cases . The Hotel has a Cafe on the Ground floor and on the 2nd Floor a Restaurant where Breakfast Buffet was served , Mainly Catering for Japanese tastes with limited Western options . Also on the 2nd Floor was a Lawsons Convenience store , the prices were excellent considering it was inside a Hotel . You can purchase all manner of snacks & drinks including Beer & Spirits at great prices compared to Australian prices .   Great location for Tokyo Big Site but very middling otherwise

  It is five minutes walk, that even avoids the need to cross roads, from the Tokyo Big Site exhibition centre. Very very convenient for business there. The price was pretty keen too. WiFi was fine. Otherwise, it's clean and the elevators are relatively rapid. There's a Lawson convenience store in the second floor which is good.On the downside, and I stayed in a "premium room" the rooms are small and poorly laid out. The decor is drab and somewhere between a Motel 6 and an Ibis and badly in need of updating. Air con was pretty sketchy. Even on the 19th floor road noise was significant. The desk seat was the worst I have ever experienced. It had no padding at all not that you would want to sit on it because it stank like a latrine. There is a balcony but it is locked and inaccessible. Downstairs there is an automated check-in which hilariously has multiple members of staff hovering to help you with....wonderfully Japanese. They have a large display of complimentary hotel items in the lobby which some people seemed very excited about but quite why you would be excited about 25 cent toothbrushes and 10 cent shampoo sachets is beyond me.
