    Highly recommend for Disney

    rating15 Oct 2019

We had a great 7 day stay here when we visited Tokyo Disney as part of our honeymoon. The room wasn’t too small at all and suited us fine. The staff were super friendly and respectful at every interaction. To our surprise, there were a few perks like toothpaste, robe and slipper usage and free tea and coffee all the time The breakfast was great, we looked forward to it every day and there was plenty of variety. The pastries did not run out as other reviews suggest. The staff were proactive in making sure food didn’t run out.The only thing that was a problem about staying here is that the direct buses to Disneyland and Disneysea (and even sometimes the local bus to the train station) are often packed and you can’t get on them. The bus drivers were friendly and tried to get as many people on as they could but we suggest allowing heaps of time to get there in case the first few buses are full. Also there was sometimes a strange smell in the bathroom and in the neighbourhood which we thought was wastewater. But we had a highly enjoyable stay and we thought it was amazing value for money. The perfect place to stay if visiting Tokyo or Disneyland.

Inexpensive for Tokyo / Disney Area

    rating12 Jul 2018

This hotel is a solid 3, I would not give it any more than that. I went specifically because of the price and location close to Disney with shuttle bus stop within a 5 min walk. The rooms are small, no joke, and the room we had was a double with a 2nd futon bed as a single. The bathroom had a strong chemical smell, and we smelled this outside the hotel. The hotel is located right next to an aluminum factory/plant next door and when you walk outside or by that building, it's the same smell. After the first night in the room, we brought the staff into our room to show them the smell in the bathroom, and they immediately changed us to another room which was an improvement. Same size, with 1 double bed, and a 2nd bed that was a twin. We had 2 adults and 2 children under 10, and we were fine but cramped. Pros:-Location, 500 yen taxi to the train station, and Disney shuttle 5 min walk down the street with about a 10 min drive to destination. -Close to convenience stores (Family Mart/Lawson's) and restaurants across the street (Royal Host restaurant was the most prominent).-Free breakfast and it was pretty decent - it included: eggs (fried or hardboiled on plates for self-serve), rice, miso soup, cereal, fruit, curry sauce, assorted breads, coffee, and milk/water/orange juice. This was enough to get full in the AM. Relatively small eating area, it can fill up fast depending when you eat.-Inexpensive compared to typical Disney/Tokyo rates-Attentive staff, they moved our room immediately after the smell issue, brought us an iron and ironing board when requested, and gave us 2 extra pillows free of charge. Room cleanliness was good.-Internet was pretty fast, around 60mb/minCons:-Room is small and this is an older hotel. Everything from the exterior, to the interior carpet, beds, walls etc. I would not consider this "quaint", but did remind me of older small-town Motel-6s. -Smell - being next to the aluminum plant/factory/shop, it was a daily dose.-No elevator. Granted this place was only 3 stories. you have to go up the entrance stairs to check in lugging your suitcases up and down the stairs, and then to your room.-No outside or side entrance, only the main entrance.-Not a lot of room for laying out suitcases. We luckily only brought 1 big one for all of us, and we used the coffee table to spread it out on. If you had more, it would be tough and you'd have to lay them out on the bed and stack them somewhere when not in use.-There was literally about 1 foot of room at the foot of the bed between the bed and the wall - if someone had to get up from bed to use the bathroom, everyone knew it.

So You Wanna Go to Disney

    rating11 Aug 2017

If your a budget traveler and want to go to Disney this hotel is your best bet. Nice Lounge to get work done. Decent Wifi. Smoking area. Vending Machines. And a 5 minute walk from Kaski Station. The rooms are little cramped but near Kaski Station are restaurants and a mall.

Full of character, but more space for couples, rather than families

    rating20 Sept 2016

Travelled as a family but very cramped room, not enough space for children to move around, and no wardrobe or cupboards! Had to leave our suitcase with reception for a few days. Also, although it was summer, the fan didn't really work well- it quickly becomes freezing in the room and is very noisy when trying to sleep at night. Rooms need proper air con. Positives: Great location, very easy to drive to Disneyland or central Tokyo from here (hired a car). Enjoyed the free breakfast and staff were friendly, and great price for Tokyo.

    Convenient and kawaii!

    rating09 May 2016

We visited Tokyo for the first time and extended our stay here. They are so polite, quick, and informative. Though not too spacious but it is convenient to stay in. Easy to reach from the bus station and Disneyland. I would stay there again if I had given chances to go to Japan in future time.
