    Pleasant stay

    rating22 Jan 2026

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The service staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. They all spoke English, which made the check-in process a breeze. The rooms were clean and came with all the amenities that you will need (eg shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer). Additionally, each room has a Washing Machine & Microwave. Special mention to Takeda-san for assisting us in our check-in.

Compact rooms yet fit so much in!

    rating06 Oct 2025

This hotel room may be compact but fits a lot in - including microwave, fridge and washing machine! Fabulous location for restaurants, bars, the local fish market, shopping and transport links. Clean and functional. Helpful reception team.Novel system of magnet signs for your door to indicate if you wanted the room cleaned! We arrived from the UK an hour before check-in, the room was ready yet we had to pay a small fee to check-in early. Overall would recommend.

    Great location, but noisy rooms

    rating08 Jun 2025

We stayed here for 2 nights in Ginza and booked it for the location! The hotel is in a great location in the center of ginza, we booked a studio as we wanted to use the washing machine, however when arriving the room was by a busy main road, the windows didn't do much to sound proof it. We requested to move room and the hotel advised all of the rooms with washing machines were located in the same place. As we preferred a smaller room we moved to a superior room, this was fine for the 2 nights, however it was quite small easily with 2 large suitcases!

Terrible reception attitude, otherwise small but ok

    rating08 May 2025

There were limited options for a 9-night (10-day) stay in Tokyo, when trying to book one hotel (instead of switching) in the city center. The hotel’s location was very good, walkable to major shops, with direct metro line from Haneda Airport. The room was small as expected, with sufficient room amenities. I paid a premium (US$291 per night) for the “bigger” room type (25m2) with washing machine, used it twice during my stay. Other than that, below points left much room to improve. 1. Poor service of the front desk. I arrived at around 8:20am and asked if I could access my room earlier than the 3pm check-in time. “No, the check-in is at 3pm.” was the response from the Japanese woman receptionist. I had to ask: “Do you have earlier check-in? How much does it cost? etc.” which should have been offered by her. They charged ¥1,000 per hour for early check-in starting from noon (12pm). This poor attitude, lack of courtesy, was rarely encountered in my previous trips in Japan. This was not only below Japanese standards, but also below the standards of a 3-star hotel. 2. AC was loud. I had to turn it off every night in order to sleep. Though my room on the 7th floor faced the main street, the street noise quieted down after midnight, not a problem. 3. Limited cleaning (trash removal, towel change) was possible every day, but everything else was self service. The actual room cleaning (making the bed, replenishing room amenities, cleaning the room) was “offered” for over 7-night stay. 4. Despite the location and room amenities, unfortunately, the overall stay was marred by the front desk’s attitude which made me feel unwelcome here. I’d not recommend it to international travellers. It’d be ok maybe for a 2-night stay.

Convenient Location, Quiet Neighborhood & Friendly Staff

    rating01 May 2025

I stayed here for two weeks with my husband during cherry blossom season. I chose this location because I wanted to stay in Ginza and that it has a washer/dryer machine. PROS: This location is close to 2 metro stations (Ginza Station - 5-6 minute walk) and Higashi-Ginza Station (1-2 minute walk). It was unfortunate that there was 1-2 metro entrances for the Higashi-Ginza Station that was under construction so I had to utilize a further one. No biggie as its great to have more than one metro line to travel around Tokyo. Tip: If you need to pick up the 72 hour metro card, there's a vending machine at Ginza Station. I highly recommend you use this to travel using the metro line (i.e., the subway/train lines that have a O and not a square). No issues with the laundry machine other than I recommend you start the load when you are traveling around Tokyo in the day time (i.e., don't run the machine at night because it will get hot if you have the dryer cycle running). Room: I got one of the smaller rooms with the hotel (moderate-double size bed) because I was on a budget. If I could afford it, I would definitely recommending splurging and booking the bigger ones. The room was great other than one small clog in the shower which the hotel promptly fixed. I gotta say, I was amazed with the brand of soap, body wash and hair products during the stay. It was by far one of my favorites. Don't forget to ask the front desk for the same brand [POLA] face wash samples. The kettle and microwave was a nice added touch. The view was nice and bed was comfortable. It did the job. The house-keeping was always prompt and respectful of our items in our room. No issues, staff was great. This location is located very close to 7-11, Family Mart and Lawsons. I had no issues walking to all three and heading back to my room to eat. Note: The hotel has two entrances and the back entrance is really convenient for taxi/uber to pick you up, as oppose to the one facing the main street. I had no issues with my uber driver finding the back entrance of this hotel. Another reason why I enjoyed this hotel is that if you walk 5 minutes towards Muji/Uniqlo stores, they do close the entire main street down on Sundays so tourists/guests may enjoy the entire streets of the heart of Ginza. CONS: Room was just a tad too small, elevator can be quite slow at times depending on how many guests are using it. I thought it was awkward that the hotel room door opened outward instead of inward. Just be careful when you open and hope no one is on the other side.
