    Stayed here for 6 nights. Great location. 2 minutes to a major subway station where you can get anywhere in Tokyo. Many restaurants in walking distance. Friendly staff. Decent and well appointed rooms. Washer and Dryer work well. English instructions would be helpful. Had to download manual based on make and model. Room was decent sized for Tokyo. Price was more than fair. Very safe location. Would stay here again for sure.

    - Check in is quite fast- Location is near to Ikebukuro station- So many eateries places- Room is clean and quiet- Washing machine + detergent and microwave is a plus but we did not use it because there is no dryer machine or perhaps we did not understand the instruction.Although the area is full of gogo Bars but we feels safe at night Other than that nothing special with the hotels. All the staff are polite but we feel something is missing. Lack of smile

    Great hotel with all the amenities you need ..... great and clean and comfortable bed, TV, good wifi, full washroom , microwave, plates, cups, fork and spoons and even a washing machine. The room like most Tokyo hotels are at the smaller end .. about 160 sqm. However the layout is very well organized. It is extremely well located with lots of restaurants and is about 100m walk to the C6 entrance/exit of the ikebukuro station.

    The hotel is really good value for money for its convenient location, room space and amenities. While the room is no bigger than a normal business hotel in Japan, it is well equipped with a washer and a microwave in room. Free coffee machine is also available in the lobby. The staff are professional and the Japanese breakfast is good.

    I have stayed in this Hotel many times and it is an excellent hotel. It is very clean, the Staff are very good and speak very good English. It is situated in a good location in Ikebukuro and the under ground train (JR Lines) entrances are seconds away. I highly recommend this Hotel.
