Location

This resort warmly welcomes guests in Sweimeh. For those in need of an adults-only holiday, it provides everything needed for a pleasant stay.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine.     This is the 2nd time my family and I stayed in this property. We love the staff & their great customer service. Especially the receptionists Ms. Shaina, Mr. Rawan and Mr. Mohammed Ameen. They were so friendly and provided an outstanding service. Also, the cleaning service and Doaa in the women swimming pool, the towels guy and the entertainment crew and the dancer all were super great. We love coming here for these wonderful people.

    We had the pleasure of staying at Grand East Resort Dead Sea this January, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with great care and professionalism.A special thanks to Mr.Muneer & Shaima who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Their dedication and attention to detail really made a difference, and we felt genuinely well taken care of throughout our visit.The resort itself is absolutely beautiful the views are simply breathtaking, especially overlooking the Dead Sea. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and offer a very comfortable and relaxing environment. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.Jordan itself feels like a dream destination, and experiencing the Dead Sea made it even more special. We truly had an amazing time and would love to visit again very soon.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway!

    It was a bad experience. The hotel have proper áreas however, if you need one towel will be charge, no part of the hotel offer. The buffet is normal, no soft drinks available, you need to buy if you wants while eating buffet. The dead sea beach is good dirty and Smail one. The people doesn’t have the fault, I think so is more related to the management team.

    Our tour took us to the Dead Sea and the Grand East Hotel. The hotel is great and the three pools and Dead Sea beach are super. Staff helpful and friendly. Supper and breakfast were very good. Don't see how the Dead Sea experience could be better.
