    Good secluded location, away from the main road but near enough to malls (around a 20-minute car ride).Clean and fresh atmosphere with access to a walkable beachfront. Note that only the rooms are air-conditioned, everywhere else only has electric fans (e.g., lobby, dining hall, etc.). Moreover, their buildings are usually 3 floors tall but no lifts are available. Fortunately, the staff always aid in carrying your luggage.Noise can come from the pool area when there are parties or events. The bedrooms are not sound-proof so expect that they can be heard from there, including those coming from hallways. However, parties usually end at around 10PM.Staff are friendly and helpful, always making sure that guests are well. Just note that in the food buffet, they can sometimes take your plate by mistake even if you're not done eating (especially if you're not seated at your table). Nonetheless, other staff members usually ask you if you're done with your food and if they can take your plates.There are 2 pools, one for all guests that has a slide and another one that's for adults only so if you prefer to swim quietly, you may do so at the latter.Additionally, they offer a packed breakfast for guests who need to wake up early for a safari tour.Taking these into consideration, we would say that we got our money's worth during our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.Thank you PrideInn!

    Overall, my stay was excellent. The hotel’s ambiance is outstanding, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests.With regard to the food offerings, you may wish to consider expanding the menu to include a wider variety of international options alongside your local specialties and native delicacies. This would better cater to the diverse preferences of international guests while still showcasing the unique flavors of the region.One area that may require attention is staff grooming and personal hygiene. During my stay, I noticed instances where some staff members had noticeable body odor, which affected the guest experience. I respectfully recommend strengthening awareness and training on personal hygiene and professional grooming standards to ensure the high level of service and hospitality that your hotel otherwise consistently delivers.Thank you for an otherwise pleasant and memorable stay. I hope these observations will be helpful in your continuous efforts to enhance guest satisfaction.

    Excellent service, with very kind, friendly, and respectful staff. I had a wonderful time. The food was outstanding, and the pasta prepared by Miss Peris is undoubtedly the best in Mombasa.I would definitely return to this place. From the very first day until the day I had to leave the hotel, I felt completely at home. Thank you very much for such a beautiful and memorable experience.Asante sana Kenya kwa kila kitu.
