158 rooms, including 20 single rooms, are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     Rixwell hotels, most probably the best hotels in Latvia! We stayed at Rixwell Elefant for the 3rd time. Extremely pleasant rooms and surroundings. Very polite, helpful staff. Food highly recommended. Great base when staying in Riga, a short bus ride into the Old City of Riga. We've been here at Christmas too, absolutely brilliant!     The hotel is lovely, rooms are comfortable.The staff are all amazing & helpful.The gym is good.Food in restaurant is great.Location is a bit out of the way but you can get bus or get a ride on bolt.     Cozy but far from the old town.

    We were in a group organized by a travel agency. We arrived early in the morning and were there in the afternoon. Good access, nice breakfast and the bar in the lobby was okay. Not a good location for those staying for a short time and wanting to explore the old town. Also few restaurants nearby. Interesting architecture.
