Location

This hotel is located in the most beautiful part of Vilnius, in the centre of the old town directly opposite the famous Lithuanian National Philharmonic. In just a few steps, guests will reach two theatres, Vilnius town hall, and numerous cosy restaurants, souvenir shops, fashion outlets, museums, exhibition halls, and links to the public transport network. The hotel is an excellent base for both tourists and business travellers.

Facility

The hotel has 55 rooms, including 8 junior suites, 2 suites, 9 single rooms and 29 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Rooms

Air conditioning, individually adjustable heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience.     The hotel is beautiful, the location is good, the rooms are very nice. We have stayed at the hotel many times, but this time we did not like the service, during breakfast the glasses were dirty, with traces of lipstick, the eggs were only boiled and the omelette had a strange smell. At night, it was impossible to sleep because of the noise from the room behind the wall, when I called the reception, there was zero response.

    The food had an unpleasant smell, so I stuck to the safest options. I ended up spending half the day in the bathroom. The tablecloths, chairs, and carpets are clearly worn out, and the table was unstable. The spa area is unsanitary, outdated, and poorly designed. The gym smells strongly of sweat. The rooms are clean and tidy, but the mattress is clearly past its prime..

    Wonderful hotel, service and location. Everything tiptop. The rooms were so beautiful, the food very good. We were on a group trip, whit a large group but it was no problem and are so happy with everything. Looking forward to coming again. Thank you very much ❤️🌷🎉🙏

    IMPERIAL HOTEL - really lives up to its name, the very old town of the city, all the sights, max 10 minutes walk, if you want peace, order and really perfect cuisine! - this is peace guaranteed, the staff is always positive and always welcoming, and the reception staff are always full of positivity - the sunnies! - and the best and always perfect quality steak and the most delicious eggs benedict - this is definitely in their own restaurant!!!!

    Excellent hotel, nice rooms, high level services. I suggest do not miss opportunity to have a dinner in their fine dining restaurant - perfect experience. Food is nice to see and very delicious to taste. Breakfast delicious, nicely served.
