    The hotel is quite basic. They only provide water for 1 day. The breakfast is simple and just basic food. The bed is soft and comfortable. Near by is a supermarket to get essencia items. Reception is not too friendly. Cleanliness is reasonable.

    I am the General Manager of a hotel in London, and during my visit to Lithuania to see my family, I decided to visit the Loop Hotel Airport in Vilnius yesterday. My aim was to familiarize myself with the design and layout of the property as I plan to visit more often. Beforehand, I called the hotel and spoke with a team member named Oksana, who took my details and assured me that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, no one did. As I happened to be nearby, I decided to walk in with my son to have a look around.Upon arrival, I spoke with a team member named Gabriel, who took my details once again and looked at us with suspicion. confirmed that I had spoken to Oksana and called her to verify. However, she was busy and unable to show us around. I asked if there was anyone else who could assist, but Gabriel bluntly told me that no one could show me anything unless I purchased a room. This response was not helpful and lacked a clear explanation. I couldn't help but feel that I was being profiled as a person of colour.As a result, I have reached out to the central office for an explanation and am currently awaiting their response. In the hospitality industry, we strive to demonstrate a "yes we can" attitude, as exemplified by the Park Inn at the airport.

    We had a great experience staying at Loop Hotel in Vilnius. The hotel feels fresh and modern, offering everything you might need. Its location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers, as it’s close to the airport – perfect for those needing a place to stay before, after, or between flights.The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to satisfy even the pickiest eaters, including kids. There’s also an on-site restaurant where you can enjoy a great dinner.The service was excellent – when we discovered that the heating system in our room wasn’t working, the receptionist quickly arranged a different room for us. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great balance of price and quality.

    I had high hopes for this hotel given the previous reviews, but the service was by far the worst I have received in the 40 odd countries I have visited. The sockets in my room did not work, the hairdryer was faulty, the batteries in the TV remote were dead, the bath towels had seen better days, the shower had no pressure whatsoever and the door to the room didn’t close properly. I checked into this hotel after travelling from the U.K. to Vilnius for a reunion - a special occasion. I reported the powerissues to the reception desk via the phone in the room 3 times. The girl was not at all apologetic or helpful and offered no reassurance the power issues would be fixed - no comfort when I’m stood in a towel with wet hair and my reunion and check out fast approaching. A maintenance man eventually attended the room and became very angry when I tried to point out the problem and a solution to him. He ended up leaving the room without saying a word. I checked out and found the receptionist more interested in texting on her mobile, which she didn’t look up from.I understand issues arise, but it’s how you deal with them and this hotel wasn’t equipped. The staff need customer service training as a priority and rooms need to be checked better by housekeeping pre guest occupation. Awful experience and really ruined the celebrations I arrived for! I would avoid at all costs.

    The hotel is generally good, but there is a very big minus. - there is no parking space for the bus. Therefore, for large groups traveling by bus, I do not recommend this hotel. the security guard is not polite, he started yelling at the bus driver at the stage of unloading the luggage., let alone the fact that the driver said that he would spend the night in this hotel. He said ----- Get your bus out of here and I don't care where you park. The driver worked a lot during the day and we arrived late already in the dark, unfamiliar city, he had to look for parking before he could go to rest. That is why large groups traveling by bus from city to city from country to country, I do not recommend this hotel.
