    Very comfortable hotel, rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Room Facilities are good and have everything that one would expect of a luxury hotel. Some nice touches such as low level sensor lighting in the bathroom. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.We didn’t get to use the spa in the end, when we went to use it on Sunday afternoon, we found it closed for a pre booked party. Shame that hotel guests were not aware in advance.The hotel is ideally located for exploring Vilnius.

    We stayed at this hotel for three nights and, unfortunately, left disappointed. For a property of this category, and especially as a member of the Small Luxury Hotels (SLH) collection, we expected a significantly higher standard of service and attention to detail.Our room overlooked the inner courtyard. Due to the constant guest traffic around the reception area, opening the window was practically impossible because of the noise and lack of privacy. When we inquired about the possibility of changing rooms, we were told that the hotel was fully booked. Based on our observations, this did not appear to be the case.Breakfast was served in a charming vaulted cellar, which created a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the experience was diminished by staff who were often indifferent and at times outright unfriendly. When I asked for sparkling water, I was told, “We don’t have it.” The following morning, the response was, “We don’t serve it.” Only after insisting was I eventually provided with a single glass of sparkling water.The quality of the breakfast itself was also disappointing. Fried eggs were kept in a serving container and were cold and unappetizing. In addition, several tablecloths were visibly stained and were not replaced during our stay.We also noticed a number of areas in the room that appeared to show early signs of mold, which was concerning.None of these issues alone would have justified a negative review. However, the accumulation of many small shortcomings created an overall impression that fell well below the standards one would reasonably expect from a hotel in this category and from an SLH property.

    Horrible breakfast, no TV channels offer. Room 513 is a joke for a 5 starts hotel Overall the impression that 5 stars are not deserved

    We stayed in two Hilton properties in the heart of Vilnius. We highly recommend Narutis if you want a caring, lovely home away from home. The staff is kind and helpful, the atmosphere warm and beautiful, the food is delicious, and the spa, while small, is well-appointed and well-functioning. Remember that the property is historic - so you understand thr quirks.

    super friendly staff and very good location in the center of old town. The rooms were clean and breakfast was fresh and had a lot to offer.
