    Price great. Staff polite. Hotel clean however decor a bit tired. Location top spot, 4 bars and several restaurants within 2 minute walk. Hotel communication poor, sent 2 emails prior to arrival, no response.

    This hotel is located right beside the gate of daw in the Old Town.The hotel is beautiful outside and inside. Rooms have everything you need, we had a balcony room with a fantastic view. No kettle in room however I requested one at reception and it was brought straight to my room. Staff were pleasent and helpful.Lots of shops and restaurants near by and 2 great supermarkets within walking distance.I will definitely return to this hotel. Thank you!

    The location is awesome, even though the rooms are average. But I think in the middle of Old Town you cant get better for this price.The Breakfast room is great and the breakfast is also fine. We traveled with group of friends and all Sights are in walking distance from the hotel.Nice for couples and groups.

    I’m very disappointed,seems that four star hotel should have better quality. I’ve Visited many hotels in my life but for the first time I had to pay for a mini bottled water that was in my room (4€),is this a joke? To get to my room I had to use the stairs because it was the only way. Big stains on the ceiling and peeld off wallpaper made the room feel very untidy. I would never pay half the price to stay there again.

    4.5 is probably right, but the front desk and dining room staff are so good. Constant motion and eager to please. They deserve special recognition. The building is a great old place that has weathered several renovations and come out well. Bed was pretty basic, otherwise nicer than I'd hoped for. Good location, lots of restaurants around. A solid value and I'd stay again.
