    Dirty, I wouldn’t recommend staying here

    Although the hotel is budget there is no excuse for not cleaning the rooms. The room and bathroom was dusty and dirty with black hair everywhere. The location is ok, but overall everything around here is a bit run down and shabby. The aircon worked ok, but the staff were more engaged with their phones than the customers.

    Located near Kuah, Langkawi I chose this hotel due to its price and location. However, for the money I have paid this hotel is wayyy below my expectation. The check-in was so so, and the counter is manned by a foreigner who is rude. Where is the good customer service?Room-wise it is bad. There is a tv, but just as a wall decoration. There is no wire, therefore no way to watch anything. The door is not with double lock. And the is no emergency plan displayed in case of emergency.

    I was staying here for 3 days its really good the rooms are very clean wifi have good signals staff are very friendly and very helping i recommend to stay there one more time this location is near to food court nearby jetty eagle square

    1. booked 3 rooms for one night stay through booking.com, it didnt mention anything about window about all of the rooms, so i assume there will be window. Unfortunately its otherwise. 2. room no.1 has dirty bathroom, hairs and all. The shower pole is broken. We asked to change room, apparently its fully booked3. room no.2 has dirty linen. there were even blood smear on the pillow case.4.room no.3 was located right infront of stair case.avoid booking this room.5. the location however is very strategic. 5 min by car to Kuah jetty and just walking distance to eateries food court.

    This place is very good to stay staff is very friendly and manager is very good and welcoming the customer always and smiling always (i want to stay same place again ) everythings in room air conditioner they give everything
