Spacious room and clean room. Parking is chargeable RM1.00 per hour. Good location, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Staff not helpful, we requestd wine opener but the they informed us there has no wine opener in the hotel, they asked us drive to nearby shop (OneStop) to try our luck. Hmmm, it's wierd 4 star hotel without wine opener.

Very reasonable cost yet high quality of all things. The staffs are professional, breakfast perfect and tasty, rooms bright clean and comfortable, modern style model. It takes approximately 15 minutes to downtown by taxi, usually has a small night market next to the hotel on Saturday night. There are also some restaurants and shops around the area.

Poor hotel communication and service

Hotel staff did not inform on the change in operation hours of the gym hence a group of us did not get to enjoy the facility. Hotel staff to have better communication and service in terms of informing the hotel guests. Comfy rooms with friendly staffs

It was a business trip and room key was ready upon my arrival. It took mer less than 5 minutes to head to my rooms. Friendly staffs and value for money! Was advertised as airport transport. Not true,Grab a grab car (uber) very cheap. Hotel is also 20 mins from city. no public transport. Use taxi or grab(uber). Pool was excellent and not very busy.Plenty of restaurants nearby.
