  The entrance was hard to find, and I thought I had finally found the hotel, but it was actually "H Boutique Hotel", but I was told it was wrong because it didn't have "Xplorer" in the name. I found the entrance again and was able to check in. Is it a sister hotel? Even so, it's confusing. A deposit of 50MYR (about 1,700 yen) is required at check-in.The room is small but clean, and the toilet and shower are fine. There is no refrigerator, but the air conditioner cools properly. It is a good location, just a 5-minute walk from the station, and there are malls and restaurants nearby. For dinner, I went to "Neighborhood Food Court", about a 5-minute walk away, and had roast chicken and rice. It was very delicious for 7.5MYR (about 250 yen), and the staff were very kind. The hotel was good, and I thought it was a good area to live in.However, when I went to the front desk to check out around 8:30 the next morning, there was no one there. And there was a sign there that said, "The front desk staff is here from 9:00AM to 5:00PM." This is something to be careful of. It said, "If you have any questions, please call the number below," but calling in a foreign language is quite difficult. It seems that you can't check out before 9:00 AM and check in after 5:00 PM, which I think is quite inconvenient for many guests. I waited until 9:00 and was able to check out without any problems.   Convenient Location, but Room Shortcomings

  the good:1. because the room is small, the aircond is extremely cold and wifi is averagely good2. the location of this hotel is excellent and is located near many convenient places thus would make a good place to stopover for the night if you are tired3. no issue with the toilet as it is clean and served its purpose wellthe bad:1. has a weird smell upon entering the room and the single room is small enough just to fit in a small luggage, not the big one.2. check in took awhile due to staff being trained3. the entrance and location of the hotel is a little confusing as 1st time travelers will get confused with another h boutique hotel (without the word xplorer)4. lifted the bed upon entering the room and found a small bug and few ants under the pillow. i was worried about bed bugs but it was ok after i killed this 1-2 bugs. no more found.Overall, the location of this hotel adds points but the lack of parking and unpleasant welcome by small bugs in the room and funny smell would deduct some points. I would reconsider staying in this hotel again, unless I really have no other choice to stay nearby

  Strategic Location but small room

  Like:Strategic location, surrounded by foods and bars, walking distance maybe less than 5 mins to MRT station. The room with safety box, the floor i stayed got common area to relax.Dislike:The room is very small for superior queen bed room. not much leg room and for big luggage (if any)

  New hotel. Clean!

  Booked a standard room with no window for 1 night. The room i booked is small but nvm, it's not a big deal. As long as i can sleep, bed and pillows are comfy, then everything is great for me. This is a new hotel so everything looks great. bathroom is clean. Hope they maintain the cleanliness for years. The reception is on 1st floor, there is a renovation on G floor but not sure if in future there will be their reception on that floor or not. No kettle in room but each floor has water dispenser, so just take hot / cold water from there. There is cups and glass bottle in room that you can use to take water.
