  staff very friendly and nice special counter Encik Wafi and Encik IKlayThe hotel was very clean. The soundproofing was excellent.The hotel is very close to Joker Street; just a 15-minute walk to the left from the hotel entrance will take you there.   Fairly convenient location for the historic quarter and a very easy walk.The hotel appears to have been decorated lavishly some years ago and the decor in the public rooms appears dated.
