  Mixed Experience Near Larkin Sentral

  We stayed for just one night while traveling from Singapore to KL. Unfortunately, the hotel fell well below our expectations. The room was significantly smaller than advertised—although it was listed as 20 m², we estimate it was closer to 15 m² at most. Despite being a non-smoking room, there was a strong and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. Overall very dim, perhaps because there was no window.Using the bathroom was inconvenient due to the very limited space; when showering, the entire toilet area became soaked. To make matters worse, the bathroom light flickered during the shower, which was concerning and made us worry about electrical safety. We also noticed several cockroaches in the room, both small and large.On the positive side, the hotel’s proximity to Larkin Sentral was very convenient for transit. The staff were kind. The hotel took MYR 100 as a deposit and returned it without hassle. Overall, however, given the issues encountered, it is unlikely that we would choose to stay here again.

  We chose the hotel based on the location to the bus station, which was the second best thing about it. The best thing is the Yemeni restaurant 3-4 doors down. Stained sheets, no toilet paper and a shower that is on top of the toilet. You had to leave a deposit in cash, although what would want to be stolen from the room is unknown. Would not accept credit card for the deposit even though we had no cash and it was past 10pm at night when we arrived. Charged is extra for using a booking agent. Very disappointing.

  Avoid this place at all costs, False advertising of rooms, fake edited photos, unsanitary conditions, and unprofessional staff make for a dreadful stay. AND THERE IS NO WIFIAgoda booking highlights a delux room but no bathroom. Staff convinently pushes you to get a room with private bathroom then once you arrive for additional 115 MYR.The shared bathrooms were utterly disgustingRoom is small, bearely can fit 2 people.Would never recommend or visit anywhere near this place again

  Superb location. Subpar hygiene.

  For the price you are paying, this makes sense.The location is definitely a plus point, being just a short walking distance away from the Larkin bus terminal, hence it makes for a natural overnight transit hotel.The hygiene is below average. Bathroom floor is sticky and the towels have funky smell that I do not really feel like using them.The cushions are rather rough, so it makes for an average sleep quality.For a simple night stay, it's alright. But I do hope they step up on the cleanliness in the long run.

  dirty..a lot of cockroaches..room service is unsatisfactory..need to be told to tidy the room and dispose of garbage..no place to hang clothes..dirty towels..spoils pillows..dirty toilet bowls..others are good..restaurant there are many.I booked many days because I saw a beautiful picture on the wall..Beautiful in the picture..something else in realityMistake from me cause booking for many days 😣
