    Location is near old town, however drop off point is very open to on coming traffic.Service was not great. Check-in supposed to be at 3pm. Waited about an hour before our room was ready at 4pm. All the front desk said was “we had a large group ytd” and each time we asked they just said “15mins more”. Expectations of guest is not managed well.For the 1hr delay, we requested for an additional 1hr extension for check-out and reminded them to extend the key cards to 1pm. They said it’s already done but ended up getting locked out of room at 12pm, inconveniencing my family. We had to request for the 1hr checkout and they sound like they are doing ‘out of goodwill’, no service recovery was offered at all …

    Factor in the extra $20USD they charge for cleaning the towels. Mid, two star at best. Ruined by being ripped at checkout.

    Shocking Lack of Service and Hygiene – Would Not Recommend

    Check-in experience was poor, with no flexibility or consideration even when travelling with a young child. Membership benefits that were advertised were not honored, despite higher room categories being available at the time of booking.Room cleanliness was unacceptable—beds were dirty, bedsheets were worn, and the room telephone was not working. I was informed that housekeeping was already off duty and that security would handle bedsheet changes, which is not acceptable for a 3-star hotel.Front desk handling lacked empathy and problem-solving, with issues being justified strictly as “following SOP” rather than focusing on guest experience. Management was also unavailable when escalation was requested.Parking is very limited, which added further inconvenience.On a positive note, the restaurant at Level 12 has a pleasant environment, but the food selection is quite limited.Overall, the stay did not meet basic hospitality and cleanliness expectations.

    This hotel parking is very limited - and you have to go park somewhere out there. Avoid this hotel!! It is super duper inconvenient! Don’t believe what you read!

    イポー駅近の宿。キンタ川が見える部屋がおすすめです。スタッフは親切でやりとりもスムーズでした。しかし、地方宿あるあるですがドアが薄いので廊下の騒音はよく聞こえました。家族連れが近くに泊まっていたら地獄だと思います。部屋は清潔で、廊下にはシティテル系列にあるウォーターディスペンサーもありました。水を入れる容器がなかったので電気ケトルに直接入れました。下にセブンがありますが宿から歩いてすぐに地元商店があるのでそちらで買う方が安いです。11Fは上がレストランになっているので朝から上階の音がうるさかったです。翌朝8階に部屋を変えてもらいました。PS: Little bit noisy if the family staying near your room. 11F floor little bit noisy because there are restaurant and lounge upstair floor.
