    Misleading booking platform photos

    Initially thought it was a clean and properly maintained budget friendly hotel based on their listings on booking platforms, but was surprised to see such badly maintained facilities and rooms.The walls are dirty, aircond has a mouldy smell and constantly makes a rattling noise.The bathroom has a broken hangar and mould on the ceiling.Overall not happy with the purchase, won't come back again.

    Our stay at the Golden Roof was terrible. From the start, the check in took a lengthy amount of time even though no one else was waiting to be checked in. When arriving to our first room, there was a huge yellow stain on the bed. Upon complaining for over an hour, the manager finally offered us an upgrade. Unfortunately, the upgrade was actually a downgrade. Wallpaper falling off, dead bugs on the floor, broken window, drainage problems in the bathroom, other people’s hair all over floor and on the bed. I would highly suggest not to book this hotel and waste your money here. The rooms again were terrible, the couches in the lobby even had stains, the hallways smelt like smoke even though it was nonsmoking, and the staff were rude and not willing help correct the issues. Extremely disgusted and disappointed with this establishment!

    Is a strategic place near to Polyteknik

    Was planning to find a place that near to polyteknik ungku omar, so I found this. Is a budget stay with tv and simple toiletries, no hair dryer, iron is supplied public outside the room, not much channels for tv,the design is quite old, air conditioner is working, bed is clean and cozy, drinking water is supplied. I am lucky to have the room below RM 90 per night. The staff is friendly that i can left my luggage at the counter before I checked in my room to go for a lunch. If u need a budget stay near poly this is a good choice.

    The hotel lobby was nice. However once reached elevator open at the room level, the carpet at hallway was smelly and marks all over the carpet. The room was not cleaned upon check-in. The air cond water was dripping from ceiling right next to shower area. The toilet floor was slippery uncleaned and the toilet seat was sticky and yellowish stained. The bathroom door was unable to close, there were water marks on the wall. There were writings on the bedsheets. The whole environment condition was not as good as it shown in all others hotel booking websites.

    Maybe you should repair some parts, like toilet door.Andddd please receptionist, stay smile if customers cross over. Don't look weird to your customers. It make me uncomfortable when you look at me like that.
