  Best Welcome and Check in Experience!

  After super long connecting flights and a 2 hour taxi drive in a traffic jam i have received the best welcome possible. The Bellboy Helio greeted me and immediately understood that i am super tired after the trip. He quickly organized and took my luggage inside while i finally enjoyed a cigarette outside. Than i came to the front desk, Felipe already knew about my trip and offered water and coffee. He gave me a complimentary room upgrade and quickly checked me in and told me to enjoy the breakfast while my luggage was delivered to my room.After called to room to check if everything is right and if i liked the room. incredible attention to details! Ritz-Carlton like experience. Have not got such a warm welcome in hotels for a while! Great Job!   I organized an event at the Sheraton WTC with almost 20 people (Managers and Executives) over 3 days and nights, and everything was very good!
